Steps from the “L” train to Wrigley & Downtown

This is a beautiful space with lots of natural light located on the top (2nd) floor. Stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. The jacuzzi tub is a nice way to wind down after a day of exploring. Full sized washer and dryer in the unit. Comfortably sleeps 4-6 people. 1 minute walk to the train that will take you anywhere that you would like to go! Easy ride to Wrigley Field and downtown. Located in the heart of Albany Park. We are one of the most diverse neighborhoods in the country! The food choices within a 1-5 minute walk are too many to list. Easy no contact check in with a keyless entry system. We ask that it not be rented for parties.

I've stayed at many VRBO rentals over the years, and have rented my own guesthouse in the past. This home was stocked with the best and most amenities I've ever seen. And the accommodations were great. We had a great time.

This apartment is thoughtfully decorated and generously stocked. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and convenient to restaurants (largely ethnic of all varieties). We have family nearby so we generally stay in the neighborhood, although the L is nearby for trips into the city The host is very responsive and gracious

The property was absolutely perfect! My mom, sister and I stayed here for a long girls weekend in Chicago. From the moment we walked in, we immediately noticed the attention to detail and the cleanliness of the house. From there, we discovered that every room had everything that we could possibly need or want: snacks and food, coffee, bottled waters, toiletries, and even slippers and ear plugs for each of us in our bedrooms! The beds were very comfortable too! The location was absolutely wonderful, located in a walkable, safe neighborhood, only a block from the L train, and within a short walk to Starbucks and many delicious ethnic restaurants. Parking was easy and accessible too. We didn’t need anything or have any questions because Dawn provided instructions and a very easy check out procedure. We will be back and we highly recommend this property!!

Perfect location, comfortable accommodations

Loved the location and accommodations. Everything was incredibly clean and organized, stocked and provided for. We felt so comfortable at the end of long days visiting the sites. Extremely convenient to restaurants and the train. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying there again!

Excellent Experience

As advertised, this property is tucked into a cute neighborhood, very close to the rail lines. Dawn is very helpful & accommodating! The welcome book is very useful & well put together. We appreciated all the littles amenities provided. We had already booked for a second stay in July and we cannot wait! We plan to explore the area as there are many options to eat within walking distance!

Above and Beyond the Best VRBO

We had an amazing time together as a family staying at Dawn's place. She put attention into every detail, from the cleanliness of the place to the little extras. There were packages of slippers, earplugs, and a sound machine for sleeping. There was every possible toiletry you may need, even if you have small children and need to give them a bath with baby shampoo and soap. The kitchen was the most well-appointed of any VRBO I have ever been in. She had even shopped for food items including fresh fruit, and the cupboards had special snacks and treats. My family and I were delighted at this unexpected joy on our vacation. We are very thankful to Dawn and would stay there again at any possible opportunity!

Great place

This was the best equipped rental we have ever stayed in. Whatever we might have needed, it was there. The place was conveniently located in walking distance to markets and restaurants. It was immaculately clean and organized. If I visit Chicago again I will definitely reach out to stay here.

I kinda hate to share

This spot was so perfect for us that I want to keep it a secret so it will be available any time we need it! We travel to the Albany Park area of Chicago regularly to see our son and his family. This is a perfect location for us! It is also spacious , very clean, and very well-appointed, with all contingencies covered! I would highly recommend it, but I want to keep it for myself. It should be noted that it is a second floor walk-up, and the stairs are steep and narrow…

Easy breezy weekend

We have stayed here before and have had a smooth entry and stay both times. Our host has been very responsive and helpful and the apartment is spacious and furnished with all the amenities you could wish for. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect for a Long weekend in Chicago!

Came to Chicago to spend a weekend with my college roommates. The apartment was perfect for the 3 of us. It was incredibly clean and the host provided a great assortment of snacks and coffee. Very thoughtful! Access was easy. Location was great right near Brown line. Beds were all comfortable. Neighborhood was safe. Would recommend to anyone visiting Chicago.

Winter Classic Visit

Just perfect

I don’t believe I’ve ever stayed in a cleaner VRBO anywhere. Loved this quiet, convenient location, nicely decorated and so cozy. Our host was wonderfully communicative, and the home was well stocked with snacks, water and even first aid supplies. 10/10 and two thumbs up. Would absolutely recommend staying here and intend to stay here again.

Family trip

Pictures of the property did no justice! Dawns property was even better in person. Dawn had no problem assisting us with a late check-in. The house had every necessity you may needed if you so happened to forget while packing. Distance was great if wanted to go into the city. 10/10

Amazing apartment

We were so impressed with the space and amenities. There were lots of extras including food and toiletries. Loads of room and close to train. Only suggestion we had would be to have more comfy seating in the living room.

Excellent home and location

We loved staying here! Home is very clean and comfortable. Dawn has really thought of everything that you may need. Kitchen cabinets were well stocked. She kindly provided coffee, filtered water and a large variety of snacks.. The bathrooms were conveniently equipped with all kinds of toiletries, spare toothbrushes, etc. Beds were comfortable. My favorite spot was the bright sitting area surrounded by windows to have my morning coffee and read a book. Really nice neighborhood and less than 5 minute walk to the brown line. Easy walk to various eateries. Very convenient location. Easy entry to building with clear instructions. Parking space for one car. Additional parking on street with daily passes provided. We were completely satisfied with our stay and will be back again.

Great apartment!

My wife, daughter, and I stayed for three days. Apartment exceeded our expectations. Three BR, two baths, fully stocked kitchen, living room, and off street parking. Quiet, clean, and no drama. Texts to Dawn were answered timely. Check in/out process was effortless. This end of Lawrence Avenue seemed a bit sketchy at night but we had no problems. We will definitely stay here again next summer. Highly recommend…
