Crystal Tower has the only air conditioed walkover in Gulf Shores. The furnishings are colorful and modern beachy. Full size laundry room in unit and granite countertops throughout. The master bedroom features a super comfortable king sized bed, large dresser with a mounted smart tv above it. The room also has a makeup desk or writing area. You also have huge windows with the sliding glass door to enter the large GULF facing patio (this is great if you have kids in the den on the pullout sofa). The master bath has double vanities and a tub/shower combo. In the den you have a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat and a swivel rocker. A large mounted smart tv with dish network is mounted over a cabinet holding games, puzzles and cards for rainy days and fun family nights. The den features huge windows on either side of the sliding glass door leading to your GULF facing patio. The patio has large adirondack chairs to relax and smell the salt air, watch the gulf water roll in or listen to the seagulls lull you to sleep. There is a building on beachside but you still have views of the water and can hear the waves at night when sitting outside. The guest room has a Nectar queen mattress and has a door to the full bath that is accessed by the den if needed. There is a mounted tv in the guest room as well. The kitchen is well stocked for meal prep and the new LG oven is even an air fryer! This gorgeous updated condo checks all of the boxes and the amenities of Crystal Tower offer something fun for any age of your family. 1010 West Beach Blvd is so close to all that beautiful Gulf Shores has to offer. Only 1.3 miles to The Hangout at the end of Hwy 59. You can walk to other fun restaurants, shopping, mini golf and Waterville from the condo. LOOK NO FURTHER, you'll want to book this condo for years to come! This building is not pet friendly for guests, there is a parking fee and wristbands must be worn on the property at all times. Only the number of people on the reservation will get wristbands (ALL wristbands must be left in the basket on foyer table when checking out ($10 fine per band not left to come out of security deposit/owner has to pay for those wristbands). Outside company is not allowed to use the amenities of Crystal Tower. Parking passes will be paid for via kiosk upon arrival at a daily rate.



The Neighborhood:

From Hwy 59 you go south until dead end into the Gulf of Mexico. Take a right and go 1.3 miles to Crystal Tower, turn right before going under the blue walkover. Park in back, elevator in middle of building. Go to third floor and turn left, 302 is down towards the end
