With fourteen foot vaulted ceilings, this spacious 1470sqft second floor ranch offers plenty of natural light from skylight and windows on three sides. There are large open spaces with lots of room to spread out, and it is completely furnished with everything you need. Enjoy the deck off the living room or small sitting area in front.

Contemporary art and decor highlight this paradise. There are one-of-a-kind signed stone tables and other unique pieces. The huge master suite has a king-size bed. Enjoy a tennis game, kick a soccer ball or watch the children play at the Scottsdale Ranch Park. Walk over to the Mercado where you will find Walgreens, other shops and restaurants.
