Oceanside Four Bedroom Sea Pines Home with a Private Pool & Beach Boardwalk!!

Welcome to 26 Duck Hawk! This four bedroom, five and half bathroom home can sleep up to fourteen guests. The home is located on an oceanside paddle lot in Sea Pines - making it a very easy walk to the beach. It is approximately 100 yards to the beach via a private beach boardwalk. The second floor of the home offers ocean views.

• Bedroom 1: King (1st Floor, Private Bath, Flat Screen TV)

• Bedroom 2: Queen (1st Floor, Private Bath, Flat Screen TV)

• Bedroom 3: Full + 2 Built-In Twin Bunks (1st Floor, New Private Bath Being Added Early 2026)

• Bedroom 4: King (Master, 2nd Floor, Private Bath, Flat Screen TV)

• Additional Sleeping Option: Sleeper Sofa in the First Floor Den (Full Bathroom Located off Den)


**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**

• Distance to Beach: Oceanside home. Approximately 100 yards to the beach from the home via private beach boardwalk that also includes a sitting area over the dunes.

• Pool Info: The private pool at the home is a freeform shaped pool approximately 21’ x 8.5’ and is partially covered. The pool can be heated seasonally for an additional fee. The pool can only be heated for stays falling between Labor Day through Memorial Day for an additional fee. No pool heat is available during the summer months. Please email or call Coastal Home and Villa at least two weeks prior to your arrival if you would like to add pool heat + pay fee.

• Paying guest reservations staying between 4-27 nights will receive a $250 VayK Life beach/bike gear credit. This will be emailed to you after making a reservation and is valid for VayK Life rentals only.

• No pets allowed. Fireplace not available for guest use.

• Parking: There is parking available at the home for up to five cars max. Parking passes are an additional $17/pass/week + tax. The garage is not available for guest use.

26 Duck Hawk is a clean, comfortable getaway perfectly situated for beach lovers. This charming and classic Sea Pines beach home captures the relaxed, welcoming spirit of coastal living, offering the ideal setting for a fun and memorable vacation.

Would book again!

Excellent location with a wonderful view. Access to the beach was perfect. The house had everything we needed for 6 adults and two small children. The bunk room was great for our kids and even had a small stack of books that we really appreciated.

Great house and location

Beautiful house. Located on the beach in Sea Pines, with your own little walkway to the beach. Pool was awesome and kids loved having the downstairs all to themselves. House is well equipped, even the master bathroom has a steam room option, so cool. Would stay here again for sure.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been going to Hilton head for 25 yrs every year and meet up with all of the family there and this house was our favorite because it had the room and the pool was amazing mainly because most of it was covered. Overheard the neighbors to the right stating how they couldn't get in their pool as it was too hot. Love the decorations throughout as well. The only thing I would say is stick the kitchen a bit more as my daughter is chef and she loved the kitchen but maybe not enough pots but that's actually not a big deal

Great Location

The location of this property is perfect! Private beach access, shopping, & great restaurants! Lots of wildlife which my kids loved seeing! The house is very clean and has everything you need to start. The beds are comfortable and the layout is great because there is privacy on the bottom floor. I would not hesitate recommending this property!

The only negative comment is that there were not enough trash cans outside for such a large group and don't forget the bug repellent. Other than that it was perfect

Mattresses were not comfortable, every bed except bunks had a ridge in middle of mattresses making you feel like going downhill and difficult to get next to sleeping partner. plenty of refrigerators with good icemakers. Overall house was very nice.

The perfect house

We had 13 people which included me and my wife, three children with their spouses and five grandchildren. The house was spacious, had great appointments--especially the pool--and was a super easy walk to the beach (it is on the second row of beachfront homes in Sea Pines on Hilton Head Island. LOTS of inside tables and seating for everyone, and good sized bedrooms for everyone. All the grandkids stayed in the kid's bunk bed room which they all enjoyed. The ONLY knock would be that the pull out sofa that sleeps two in so unbearably uncomfortable that no one can sleep on it. We had four people try it out and said it was beyond terrible. Very thin mattress, hard springs, no pillows or blanket. Plan B was that my son and his wife slept on the coaches upstairs in the family room which was only for a few nights and was fine with them. But just be aware that 12 can sleep here in bedrooms. You will have to make other plans if you plan to sleep the full advertised 14. All in all I would highly recommend 26 Duck Hawk Lane, especially for its location in Sea Pines and the very sparse amount of beachgoers on the beach. Almost like being on a private beach.

Home is aged, but very functional. Great views. CLEAN! Lots of stairs, not great for people with mobility issues
