Whether you’re relaxing with your family or entertaining guests, you have plenty of room to make it your own with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and sleeping up to 14 guests. So whether its a long day at the beach with your toes in the sand or fishing in West Bay, you will find comfort in this home at the end of the day!

We had the best time at Easy Breezy ! The home was beautiful listing was accurate. It was spacious had great views and the seating was plentiful. The host was readily available for all our questions and concerns. The only issue was the lock in the back door but nothing we couldn’t work through. We would rent here again and again.

The property was clean and very roomy. We had a hard time with the front door lock and had to have help. There was ample seating for our large family, especially with open concept floor plan. The view from the deck was great with added scenery from the canal and its inhabitants.

Big Chill

Overall, this place is amazing. I just went down to get some RR, and this was the perfect place. It has everything you need. The plus side is that it has two bathrooms, one bathtub, a beautiful walk-in shower, and plenty of room to spread out. This is a 10-factor. The only thing for improvement to help out is to clean both return air grills, and this will help the AC unit tremendously!! The grills need to be cleaned badly.. And the wifi drops on the main TV a lot in the main room, so you have to reset the wifi box by sticking a paper clip or toothpick in the reset hole a lotand then give it a few minutes to reconnect. May need a better wifi box, such as Google Nest will help a lot. This is just to help future guests . This is an amazing place overall. Love the area, and it also has very close beach access, a very short walk, and you're there. A beautiful patio if you want to stay back and chill on your own patio. Cheers from the 2 slices. :-)

Spacious & accommodating

The homeowner was easily available when we needed him. The house is very spacious. It provided enough space for our big group. They supplied more than enough cooking pans & utensils. You do not need to bring shampoo, conditioner & body wash, if you don’t want to. There are dispensers in the showers. I was very happy that the outside shower had hot water. It was a very kind gesture for each bed to have two clean, rolled up bath towels & wash cloth. Would recommend staying here.

Exceptional View!

The property owner was extremely helpful, answered all questions,and replied immediately. The beach house was absolutely breathtaking; clean, plenty of rooms/beds, included everything that was needed to make our stay stress-free! The beach was walking distance and you can sit on the deck and enjoy a perfect breeze. My family and I really enjoyed it and will be going back! I'm sad that we had to leave.❤️

Wonderful home

Home was exactly as described. Very clean and accommodating. Had everything you need to enjoy a stay at the beach. From the utensils to linens and bath towels. It was all top notch. The neighborhood is an excellent location for families. It is gated with no thru traffic to the beach. The beach is wide and clean with little vehicle traffic. Safe for kids to wonder and play. Would highly recommend this home to families looking to enjoy a peaceful week at the beach.
