DETAILS: Happy Enchilada is a charming 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home that sleeps 12 in the popular Windmark community of the Forgotten Coast. This area provides family-friendly activities like fishing, kayaking, biking, and more. Located just a few steps from the nearest beach access, guests will love the quick walk to Windmark Beach, as well as access to the community pool.
This picturesque retreat welcomes guests onto the property with its beautiful 2-story façade. Step onto the inviting furnished front porch with incredible Gulf views that opens to the first floor of this home. This comfortable space offers 4 bedrooms—2 guest bedrooms with king beds, 1 bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds, and 1 guest bedroom with a twin bed and twin trundle bed for added convenience. Off the back of the house, enjoy the screened-in back porch, adorned with cozy furnishings, perfect for entertaining friends and family.
The heart of this coastal home features an open floor plan, with the great room taking center stage on the second floor. Relax in the comfortable living area with its oversized couch and chaise end while enjoying your favorite movies on the TV. A modern kitchen boasts beautiful furnishings, a kitchen island that doubles as a 4-stool breakfast bar, and plenty of counter space. The adjacent 6-seat dining table is ready to serve guests as natural lighting floods through the sizeable picture windows. A large second-story deck off the kitchen offers plenty of space for grilling and alfresco dining while also providing comfy furniture to take in the magnificent views. When it's time to retire, guests can use the primary bedroom on this floor with relaxing accommodations and Gulf-facing views.
Happy Enchilada is the perfect place to get away from it all with family and friends. With on-site parking and a 6-passenger golf cart, exploring the pristine white beaches that stretch for miles is easy.

*Your reservation includes $250 worth of beach gear. That’s right! Rent a beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, and more for your stay. Your $250 credit will go a long way!
*We are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $200.
*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
*Per the HOA, this home does not allow boat parking in the neighborhood, but jetskis can be stored in the garage as long as they fit. If you need to store a boat on your vacation it is recommended that you call StoragePup, Bayou RV and Storage, and/or Boat Yard Storage to make arrangements prior to your arrival.
