Make It Sweet - Space for the whole family with amazing tower views

The Make It Sweet is a new construction custom home steps from the private community boardwalk to the beach. Our home was built for large groups or extended families to enjoy. The house sleeps 16, featuring 3 King Suites, a handicap accessible Queen Suite and a bunk room for 8. There are two living spaces, an elevator, saltwater pool, and a fourth-floor tower. The pool area includes a custom-made bar, covered lounge area, an outdoor shower and grill area. The fourth-floor tower is a peaceful retreat offering amazing cape views during sunrise and sunset. The new home amenities and clean coastal design will keep your group coming back to Make It Sweet for years to come.

Most Wonderful

This house is absolutely amazing. I had 13 members of my family and this house had absolutely everything you could possibly want and need. I also had my dad who was handicapped and this home had everything we needed to help make his stay pleasant. Jennifer let us check in early at 12 and was so accommodating to all are needs She always responded in timely manner with all my questions. The house was so clean and decorated so lovely. The walk to the beach took less than 1 minute and the park was only 2 blocks away with great options for wheel chairs. I just can't express how wonderful this home was

Perfect multi-family vacation house!

We had such a lovely week long stay at "Make it Sweet"! The house was clean and beautiful. All the rooms were as pictured and described. Plenty of space for our group of four families of 4. We had kids ages 10-16 who enjoyed the bunk room, pool, and provided pool toys. We all said how the house was the most well-appointed rental we had ever stayed at. Loved that there was plenty of seating at the long dining table and in the living room, and that there were extra hang out areas on the porches, upstairs, and outside the 2nd floor bedrooms. The house has everything you will need for your stay. The ice machine, outdoor shower to hose off sand, plenty of pool towels, extra trashcans, and other amenities were so useful, as was the elevator for bringing up our luggage and supplies. The beds were comfortable, AC worked well, there were fans in every room to help with air flow, and every couple appreciated having their own bathroom with extra for the kids. The walk to the beach was easy and so close! Loved how the beach wasn't too crowded and had so many pretty shells. There were a few tree stumps near shore in the water, so make sure to check where they are in reference to your beach set up to avoid running into them. We also appreciated how friendly and communicative the owners are - they even let us know when the cleaners finished up so we could get in the house a little early. Highly recommend a stay at this beautiful home!

Well Appointed Home for a Large Family Stay

Our family came together for a group beach vacation and this was the perfect spot for us. The house is so well laid out and the kitchen was thoughtfully equipped with everything we could need to cook large family meals together. We had ages ranging from 2-98 years old, and the space was perfect. Lots of porches, social gathering space, the pool with covered lounge and bar area, and all the beach equipment we could need. We had a blast! The access to the beach was easy as well. I would highly recommend Make It Sweet for a group trip for all ages.

Family Holiday

Make it Sweet was a wonderful place to have a large family gathering for the holiday week. The living spaces were fabulous; the pool living area and fire pit were so inviting and wonderful to have for our younger set; and the kitchen was beautifully equipped. If we had a wish list, it would be for a little better storage in the bedrooms other than the closet and more attention to linens on the bed. Thank you for having us! Cara

Great week at the beach

The house was amazing. It had everything that we needed for the week and more. The walk to the beach wasn't bad and they had all the gear we needed for a beach day. We would definitely stay here again.

So Sweet

How Sweet It Is ! Love this house ! Kitchen very well equipped. Ice maker was such a plus, well used. The bar/pool area was a great after a day at the short walk to the beach. Made several daiquiris at the pool bar. Only one negative, needs more bath towels. I would for sure stay here again. Love The Cape !

Outstanding New Property

Beautiful new property with excellent amenities. Close proximity to beach. Well set-up for extended family. We had four generations together in one place for the week.
