VV’s Villa Steinhatchee Landing Resort- Dog Friendly
This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath home with bonus room sleeps 9 an has an amazing open floor plan and gorgeous finishes. The master has a king bed and smart tv. The guests room has queen bed and twin bed and our bonus room has another twin bed. Enjoy the the oversized living room with smart tv and that is open to the spacious kitchen. It will accommodate 3 more quests with the pull out sofa and futon bed. All lines are provided for you. This home is spacious and fully stocked for all your needs while you are away from home. Now you can also enjoy free wi-fi with our new fiber optic internet.
It is centrally located and close to all the amenities with a view of the pool and shuffle board right from your covered back porch.
The resort is full of a variety of things to do like swimming, tennis, fitness center, sauna , volleyball and basketball, tennis courts and even a petting zoo with 2 new baby goats. The Landing also offers first come first serve boat slips at no additional charge.
The home is on stilts so you will park under the house and if grilling is something you enjoy we just added a new gas grill that is also located under the house. I think you will find that VV's Villa has everything you need for an awesome vacation.
Steinhatchee is a laid back and enjoyable place to visit so come by and stay awhile and let this place be on your to go list year after year. If your family is large or your traveling in groups we have 5 other homes to choose from so please send us a message and let us help you put together your vacation with a breeze.

Hi, my name is Ami Sams. I am the owner of Steinhatchee River Rentals. I have been in the real estate business for 19 years now.
I love working with people in all aspects of the real estate. I spend most of my summer as a hands on Property Manager that you can count on. I have the experience to handle the pressure of the Scallop Season and know what it takes to turn properDes over quickly to make owners more money. I have owned my own cleaning company since 2008 and have 6 great hard working staff members.I also clean and do laundry during scallop season to keep things moving more efficiently.
I currently manage several 5 star properDes in the area and I am always looking for new ones and new ideas to be beMer at what I do.
I grew up in Steinhatchee on Riverside Drive at a small fish camp. I enjoy meeting new people and love to accommodate them to ensure they have a wonderful time. I have built a reputation for being honest, faithful, hard working and very responsive to my customers and clients.
In my spare time I enjoy remodeling and decorating homes with my husband, fishing & scalloping, cooking for family & friends and helping others in the community.

Approx. 1 year old so everything is still like brand new. Great location and just short walk to the community dock, pool, fitness, and Volleyball.
