New Owners 😊 Newly remodeled Yellowstone National Park themed Duplex. Within walking distance to tubing outfitters, Historic downtown New Braunfels, Shops, bars, and local entertainment. Near Wursfest, Schlitterbahn and other local events. Rent the other side for a fun large gathering. To rent the other side, search property #3293855.
Linens, Utensils and toiletries are provided. There is a 4 vehicle maximum limit due to city parking regulations. Please bring your own charcoal and fluid. Enjoy your stay!

Perfect location and homes. Close to tubing and anything else you want to walk to. We will be staying again as this is our second year! Manager is very responsive and helpful

Great stay, perfect little cabin

We really enjoyed this cabin. The inside was very very cute. Very close to downtown and the square, great location!

Property was clean and the perfect distance from downtown New Braunfels. It was conveniently right next to a tubing company to float the Comal so no driving was required. The owner Veronica was very responsive and kind! There is even an option to rent the other side of the property which we will definitely consider doing next year!

River Trip

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great. Even though the weather was awful with flash flooding, the owner was very helpful and we never felt unsafe. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay. Thank you Veronica for checking on us and updating us on the weather alert.

Tuber’s Paradise

My friends and I were looking for a place to stay near the Comal, and it couldn’t have been better. Our walk to Texas Tubes was less than a minute! Super cozy log cabin themed home, perfect for a weekend stay with friends or family.

Great New Braunfels Stay!

Our group of friends had the best stay here. Amazing location with access to Landa River Trip right next door. The home is very charming and we were all very comfortable. We plan on being back for sure. Highly recommend.

Tubing trip

First of all, Veronica had great communication. Her place was well put together so didn’t have to contract her at all once we checked in. This place was the best location. It’s within walking distance to 2 different tube rentals and we never drove once we parked for the weekend. Plenty of restaurants around to choose from. We found no issues with this place and really enjoyed the weekend :)

Awesome Place

Duplex was only a block away from the river access. Super clean, check-in process was a breeze, & the inside is just beautiful. We will be back when we come back to New Braunfels.

House was absolutely beautiful and everything you could ask for! The location can not be beat. Just a short walk to a many tubing outfitters. Could not have asked for a better place!

Excellent home with an unbeatable location!

This home was the perfect spot for my friends and me to float the Comal River. Only a short walk away from the Texas Tubes launch site, this location cannot be beaten! The home itself was very clean and had all the essentials for us to make a quick breakfast before hitting the river; there were even extra igloo cooler jugs in case anyone forgot theirs. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing place to stay!

My family loved this duplex! I rented out both sides and they loved the option for a shared gate so the kids could run back and forth. My family didn’t use the river for this trip but it would have been so easy to walk to it or downtown. I will definitely be using this place again when my anyone comes to visit!

Great little getaway home

We booked this home for my sons half year bday celebration to 18 bc he has a winter bday but wanted to river raft. The pictures dont do this home justice. If is beautiful. Perfectly located in the backyard of landa tubes rental...like literally look over the fence. And a 2 min walk to texas tubes...and a 13 min walk to landa aquatic center which has a pool that closes at 5 and and spring fed pool that closes at 7. There was something for everyone in walking distance. The home was well stocked. My son really wanted a house that had river access but he was so pleased with the home he never said a mumbling word about it once we were there. The hostess responds quickly and was very kind. Will definitely consider booking again.

Fit All Our Needs and More!

My husband and I stayed here with our two boys (6 and 9) and family friends with two adults and their two boys (7 and 9). We planned to float the river and wanted a place within walking distance that offered plenty of room, a place to cook, and an outdoor space to hang. This duplex offered everything we needed and more! The check-in process was a breeze and Veronica was able to accommodate our early check-in request with no problems! The bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen were fully stocked so we didn't have to bring many supplies. There was plenty of space for everyone to sit and eat or relax. A bonus was being able to walk to the river outfitters! I highly recommend this property and will look to book both sides of the duplex and bring more friends/family along on the next trip!
