New Owners 😊 Newly remodeled Duplex. This coastal themed Duplex is within walking distance to local tubing outfitters, Historic Downtown New Braunfels shopping and entertainment. You'll be near Wurstfest, Landa Park, Schlitterbahn, and other city attractions. This Duplex comes fully furnished with linens and toiletry items. Larger Parties can rent both sides of this Duplex for fun large gatherings. To rent the other side, search property #3294007.
Limited to 4 parking spots due to city ordinance. Please bring your own Charcoal and fluid. Enjoy!

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay for the weekend! It’s the perfect location, walking distance from multiple river entrances. The host made the check-in/check-out process seamless! We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay

The property was amazing and clean! It was perfect for our river trip as it was a 5 minutes walk to the tube rental. Will definitely be staying here again.

Host manager is very responsive and helpful! The location and the house is perfect. Recommend renting both connecting houses for large groups! 2nd year we have stayed here and we love it!

Great Stay and Fantastic Location!

This property was the perfect stay for my friends and I. We were so close to the river and the main part of town it took us 10 minutes tops to get anywhere we needed to go. Definitely would stay again!

Perfect location

Property is perfectly located about a block from the river and tube rentals. Backyard was nice for sitting around our portable firepit, talking, and listening to tunes. House was clean, plenty of linens and towels, fridge was cold. We will definitely rent here again when we come back for another float trip.

Thank you for your kind words. And thank you for saying things that people don’t think about like the cold fridge and sitting outside. I’m still throwing around the idea of getting a couple of burn pits over there. My husband is just a little nervous about it. Y’all were great guests as well.

The house was fully prepped for us upon arrival. Very clean and well decorated. Love that it was within walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. Perfect for a small group wanting to visit NB for the weekend!

Excellent stay

The home was a perfect location in proximity to the float (walkable) and to Main Street (also walkable.You must follow check out instructions to a T, otherwise you will get a fee and a stern, curt message from the manager.

Thank you for your kind words about the Duplex. We try very hard to make our guest feel at home and comfortable. I’m not sure what you mean by following something to a T but the pictures I got from the girls before I got there were definitely not following something to a T. There was gum on the nightstand, with Kleenex and a trashcan right beside it, trash was left in the house and the towels were not put in the bathtub, we ask only a few things for checking out to make our guest feel like they’re not worn out when they leave. And we hear all the time how easy check out is. All you have to do is take out the trash, place your wet towels in the bathtub and unplug the coffee pot. You did not do any of these three things. The coffee was burnt when the girls got there and made the house smell terrible. we were also items left in the refrigerator. I think maybe a hotel is better for you in the future.

July 4th river trip

Wonderful location. Great space! I’ve stayed a lot of rentals in NB and this was by far my favorite. I hope we are able to stay again soon. Very soon!

Wonderful Home!

This VRBO was wonderful! We really enjoyed our stay and everything that the home had to offer. The location was perfect for us and we had plenty of space for all of us - Grandparents, Parents and two small children. Veronica was a very wonderful host. Will stay here again! :)

Perfect Tubing House!

We had a short trip to float the river and could not have picked a better spot! It’s a 3min walk to texas tubes and only a 10-15 min walk to the Main Street area with restaurants and bars. This was also one of the cleanest rentals we’ve ever stayed in! Definitely would stay again!!

Amazing stay!!!!

I can’t say enough about how perfect this was for my family, we rented both sides of the duplex and they loved it! The place was beautiful and clean and they loved the easy checkout. I will definitely be using this place again when my family comes back to visit me! Also they didn’t use the river this trip but if they wanted to it was such easy access to walk right over!

Comfortable and Convenient for River Fun

Clean, bright and comfortably firnished, this duplex allowed our different family members to enjoy games, tv and naps between tubing trips. We were pleasantly surprised by the "extras" provided and will happily book again.

The house was so clean upon arrival. Host would reply very quickly with any questions I had. Check out is amazing. We loved that we could walk to Texas Tubes, saved on parking fees and all the traffic. Definitely would stay here again.

River float paradise

This property is in an outstanding location if you’re wanting to float the river. Just a 2 minute walk to Texas tubes so no need to worry about parking. The property is very clean and enjoyable inside with plenty of room for the whole family. The only thing I would recommend is if you like it cold when you sleep be sure to bring some fans as the ceiling fans are not that great and it states by the thermostat to not turn the AC below 72 or you will pay the AC technician repair bill.

Upgraded NB River trip

We have been going on a yearly friends river trip for many many years now in bare minimum conditions. Walking into the duplex we felt like we had majorly upgraded with multiple bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Everyone actually looked forward to hanging out in the clean, spacious living room and kitchen. The backyard area was a great place to play games and relax between river floats. Considering a larger group next year so we can rent out both sides of the duplex! P.S. the master bedroom skylight lights up the room by 7am so pack a sleep mask if you don’t want the wake up call

We actually are trying to come up with a cover up idea for in the morning. Really cool to have otherwise 👍🏻. It’s a fun and convenient place for sure
