The only thing I could say is that the floors were very dirty (we were there for half an hour and our feet were black). In addition, there was A LOT of dust under the beds. So much that I could see how thick it was. (I know because my grandson's car rolled under the bed).

Magnificent !!!

This house was wonderful in every aspect. There was nothing we can say was bad with anything-except the weather !!!!! We loved the amenities, floor plan, comfort of the beds, cleanliness, decor and communication with the property manager. Everything was excellent !!!!!!!!

Great vacay

The property was extremely clean. House was larger than anticipated. Check in was easy, the property manager was responsive. We had fun with the kids and the golf cart. The pools are about a 5-7 minute golf cart ride away. It requires multiple trips with a large party. The beach is around 4 minutes away with a golf cart. The community is not walkable. Everyone takes their golf cart to get around. The cooking accessories in the kitchen could use an update. Old pots/pans/cutting boards/spatulas/etc. Overall, a great stay!!

thanksgiving rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a nice property to have thanksgiving. However, the ice maker and water did not work out of the fridge. We also had a hard time with the fans and lights not working throughout the house. A few remotes did not have batteries or they did not work. One remote worked for 2 separate rooms. It would have been nice to just have light switches that worked the fans and lights.

Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had the pleasure of spending a week in Potnet’s Serenity vacation rental. We had a great time. The house was set up perfect for my family of 9. It was very comfortable, clean, and its location was perfect. The layout of the house provided ample space for my family. The house was clean and well maintained. The location provided us great views of the water as well as views of Paradise grill. We were close enough to the water to regularly check our crab nets. We were also close enough to Paradise grill to hear the music in the background. We found ourselves spending a great deal of time on the large deck enjoying the seagull’s squawks. The proximity to all the community’s activities made this the perfect choice for us. We found ourselves walking through the community to the dog park, pool, and other scenic locations. Dealing with Debbie from the vacation rentals was a pleasure. She made the entire process simple and convenient. A pleasure to deal with. We found the entire community to be clean, friendly, and exceptionally well maintained. If I could offer 1 area of improvement and it is a minor one, any rentable house that accommodates 10/12 people I believe would be served with either a 2nd 4 passenger golf cart or at least a 6 passenger cart. Again this was a minor inconvenience and partly due to the fact that we all enjoyed driving around the community in the golf cart. Great place to stay. Highly recommended. We will be returning next year.

He actually surprised us, as came to the back door without announcing his self to me or anyone in the house. Why was I not informed of his coming? The back door would not lock. This made us feel a little unsafe. The property was nice, but, I did not like the layout. There is not enough lighting in open floor plan. It was rather dark in the living room and dining area. Why such a small golf cart for a 5 bedroom house?

Perfect for everyone

Some went to the pool some went to the beach and the golf cart was an added extra. The house was big enough for 12 guest to move around and not be on top of each other but small enough that everyone was together . We loved it and are telling everyone about it. Will be back!
