Finally, at the private community outdoor pool you’ll find plenty of lounge chairs and a gazebo, a welcome oasis from a day in the salt and sun.

At the home itself, take your pick of outdoor spaces - two decks run the length of the home and offer ocean views, Adirondack chairs, and a large dining table, ideal for alfresco meals in the salty sea air. Downstairs on the patio you’ll find a porch swing, an outdoor shower, and the highlight - a private plunge pool.

Thoughtful touches continue inside this modern home, where light aqua walls and contemporary coastal decor imbue the entire space with a vacation vibe. The open main living area offers lots of natural light and room to gather together. No need to worry about cooking for a crowd, as the full kitchen features two of everything - two dishwashers, two ovens, and two full-size refrigerators, plus abundant counter space split into two areas. When it’s time to eat, there’s room for everyone between the large dining table, breakfast bar, and table on the deck. The second-story coffee station, central AC, and in-home washer/dryer are just cherries on top of this already idyllic retreat.

Spend evenings at home on the oversized sectional, streaming the latest release on the smart TV, courtesy of the free WiFi. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
