Smryna Beach Club Beautifully Remodeled! South side direct ocean front!
Completely remodeled in 2022! Meticulously clean and very comfortable with high quality furnishings and finishes. Our condo is like new inside. It has only been rented for 2 Winter seasons to Snowbirds. It's a Direct Ocean Front on the 4th floor in Building B which is on the South Side with the best ocean views. You'll be able to enjoy your oceanfront balcony even in the chilliest months because it is blocked from the North winds! The condo has a Master Suite with a full bath, a Powder Room with a storage closet, Living, Dining and Kitchen. There is a small second sleeping area with a bunk bed if you and your partner want to sleep separately. The bottom bed is a Full bed. The condo is fully furnished and equipped with everything you’ll need for a very comfortable stay! A 6 month rental from Oct/Nov. 2025 through April 2026 is also possible. Significant discount for 6 months will be offered and no tourist tax will be due. Please message us to work out a 6 month rental.

We live in Lake Mary which is less than an hour from the beach. We bought the condo in 2022 to share with our family. We have two sons and 3 grandchildren who also live in Lake Mary. We use the condo the most in the Summer months and have decided to rent it from Nov thru April. We only allow monthly rentals so our condo does not get a lot of wear and tear. We want to keep it in excellent condition so we can enjoy it when we stay there ourselves.

The condo sits very close to the ocean so the view is wonderful! Everything is new on the condo and of high quality for a comfortable stay!
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
It is located in the South building in Stack 4 which is very close to the ocean. The South facing condos are blocked from the North winds which take place from late Nov. through the end of April. So you can comfortably enjoy the balcony and the sunshine even on windy cooler days. Our condo is also very well equipped with only the best sheets, towels, dishes, furniture etc. It is our home away from home!
