Great!

Had an awesome stay with friends! The place was super clean and the whole process was smooth. The owner was also really friendly and helpful. The only minor issue was that it got a little hot upstairs, but overall, it was a great experience!

Overall Satisfactory, Minor Disappointments

We are a low maintenance family so we were not expecting perfection, but some minor disappointing moments presented themselves:1. passcode to enter was never sent to me earlier in the day, I didn't check because we were at Disney all day. When we pulled up at 11pm I looked everywhere and couldn't find the passkey to get into the property. I had to contact owner at 11pm to ask for the code, which she thankfully was able to provide within 10 minutes of inquiring, and she apologized that the code wasn't sent at 2pm as originally stated. I'd advise just triple checking the code is sent prior to arriving late at night with a van full of tired kids. 2. We lost wifi connection mid-stay, router was not unplugged but we were unable to connect at all after that initial night. 3. listing advertises a double sofa bed in the living room. it's actually just 2 sofas, they didnt convert into beds. thankfully kids will sleep anywhere. But there were no extra sheets to give them (closet has a box labeled "extra twin sheets" but box was empty). I feel the house more truthfully sleeps 6.4. master bedroom has big jacuzzi tub, but plug didn't work, so didn't try to utilize it. Again, I never leave reviews because I know everyone is trying their best. I just want the future families to have this info so they can think through if this house is actually going to meet their family's needs. We have children with autism so small disappointments and discomforts become big problems in their world.

Parfait pour famille, beaucoup d’accessoires et jeux pour enfants. En plus d’être très proche des parcs Disney, plusieurs attractions à proximité. Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

Perfect House

We stay at this house for a week with our 2 kids (5-2) and our 4 parents. The place is amazing, near of everything (Disney/Universal/Target/Walmart/Outlet), clean and really well equipped. The amenities of the Villa's site is so nice for all ages. The owner are really nice and quick to answer we had a problem with the toaster and in less than 24hrs a new toast was at our front door. If we are coming back, we highly consider coming back at the house.

Clean, Great Location and Family Friendly

This property was in a great location. There is a Wal-Mart and Target within a few miles and plenty of restaurants around. It is about 15 mins to any Disney park. It was clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. We traveled with a 7 yr old and a 2 yr old. The property had a pack n play which saved us from having to bring one with us. It also had a high chair which was amazing. There was more than enough space for 4 adults and 2 children. There was a pool. splash pad and other amenities on the property that we unfortunately didn't get to use because it was too cold but they looked amazing. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

We booked this place for one night and it was very easy to get to. Very clean and loved that they did a one night rental. Decor was very fun for my kids (7 and 4). We didn’t cook but kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need. The only negative for us was the beds. None of them slept good. A mattress topper would do wonders for them. Other than that, everything was nice.

Nice small gated area close to everything

The townhouse was clean, comfortable, quiet neighborhood, close to parks, restaurants. Would definitely stay again. The hosts were very good with communication as well.

Perfect for Disney

This property was perfect for our Disney vacation. So close to the parks and anything else you may need. Super clean, well-decorated, quiet, and had all the amenities we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Just a heads-up to anyone driving a company car to this property, the HOA doesn't permit you to enter with any business logo on your vehicle. We drove our company car all the way from PA, and were told by security at check-in that we weren't able to park at the condo until we covered all of the logos. We ended up covering them with paper towels and gorilla tape in order to get through the gate.

Magical Disney Home for the win!!!

The home was a perfect fit for our family, plenty of space and everything we needed to make meals on the spot. No fighting over 3 TV's, and each room was just made more inviting with a separate theme. The community was just gorgeous!! Plenty to do for kids of all ages, pool, splash pad, basketball, tennis, an a lake to fish, don't worry adults the tiki bar has a happy hour too!! Keeping this saved in our favorites for future trips!!!

Vacances en famille

Très belle villa, propre et bien équipée ( parc, chaise haute, cloture pour les marches, vaisselle en bonne quantité) Le site clôturé avec gardien a l’entrée service A1! La piscine juste parfaite avec le parc et les jeux d’eau! Et très bien situé! Que du bon a dire!! Je n’hésiterais pas a y retourner!! Je vous la recommande fortement

Wonderful

This was a wonderful house. Very clean and comfortable. Nice gated community close to all the major attractions. We loved all the amenities the property has, especially the pool and clubhouse area. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Enjoyed Staying here!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property!! Rooms are as shown in the pics, kitchen has coffee machine, good number of utensils required for a vacation home. Even though we didn't use, there is a vacuum cleaner, high chair, extra sheets, etc. Ventilation in the house is also good. The only discomfort we had was my mom needed assistance and there is no standin shower, both bathrooms had tubs. Of course this was shown in the property pics. Owner's replied quickly and checkin/chechout process was easy, directions were clear, security at the gate were very friendly!! This place is safe, neat and relaxing!! I highly recommend this place.
