Welcome to Norfolk Escape, an AvantStay home!

Located close to the town lift, Old Town Park City and Park City Mountain Resort, this three bedroom (one king room, one queen room and one bunk room) two bath home is ideal for a mountain getaway with family or friends. The home is in a great location, only a 5-minute walk to the Town Lift and Main Street where guests can shop and dine at some of the best restaurants in the area. The home is ideal for groups of friends and families with its open main level living area as well as the kitchen area. It is charming, warm, and has a welcoming ambiance everyone will look forward to coming home to after a day on the hill.

When guests walk into the home, they enter into the open main living and dining area. The dining table seats 6 and there is a wall mounted flat screen smart TV so everyone can watch a movie or the game after a long day on the mountain.

Down a few steps are the kitchen, bathroom, and washer/dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking supplies guests need and is situated with all stainless steel appliances and a cozy kitchen table, perfect for breakfast in the morning.

All bedrooms are located on the same floor, making the layout convenient for families and groups. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a spacious closet, and sliding doors that lead to a private balcony. Bedroom 2 includes a queen bed, closet space, and sliding doors that open to a private deck, with a renovated full bathroom nearby. Bedroom 3 serves as the bunk room, offering plenty of extra space with one twin-over-twin bunk and one twin-over-queen bunk—creating a fun area for children or additional guests to have their own space.

This Old Town home is not only in a perfect location complete with amenities including free WiFi and a hot tub but is also a very welcoming and cozy home perfect for relaxing in after a long day of mountain biking or skiing.

AvantStay provides a personalized hospitality experience to elevate your stay. With our Concierge Service, guests have access to our tech-enabled services like fridge stocking, private chefs, massages, transportation, special occasion celebrations, baby gear rentals, ski gear, beach gear, and more. For anything you need, we’re at your fingertips!

Home Truths:
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 7am-9pm.

Parking Details:
There are two driveway spots in front of the home for your use. Do not park your car in the street, especially on a snowy day, you will get a ticket or be towed.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

Cleanliness

Unfortunately, our stay was cut short as soon as we arrived to the property. The guest bathroom was infested with rodents and their feces. Insulation from the walls had been pulled into the vanity. Towels had chew holes throughout them from the rodents. The master bedroom sheets seemed as if they did not get changed. The floors were dirty and dusty. Overall, we were uncomfortable staying in this rental. The night we arrived, there was nothing that could be done to fix this situation, and we had to wait until the morning. They were willing to find us
