The large and beautiful beach is not crowded and features a lifeguard every day from Memorial Day to Labor Day. A short 5 minute car ride to the boardwalk or approximately 10 minute walk to the beach!

When you're ready to relax, unwind, and rinse the sand off, head back to the colorful and spacious interior of your home away from home. The living room, decorated in a nautical color palette, provides ample seating and soft furnishings, and large TV. When hunger strikes, cook in the well-equipped modern kitchen, which features ample meal prep space, quartz counters, and blue cabinetry. When you're ready to eat, dine at the breakfast bar, at the formal dining table, or alfresco on the deck or the screened porch.

The fireplace is not available for guest use.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
