New 2024 Listing. This 2 Br villa is located in Arrowhead Court inside Kingston Resort. It's located on the 3rd floor. This adorable condo features a king bed en suite and 2 twin beds in the secondary bedroom and a fully stocked kitchen. It has a new 65” smart TV in the living room and freshly painted. Relax by the pool or take a quick walk across the boardwalk to the beach. You'll find tons of sunlight streaming through the primary bedroom windows and a sliding glass door leading you to a screened-in balcony porch. The lake is right there at your feet and the view is so picturesque it instantly tugs at you to sit down, grab a cup of coffee or cocktail, and just breathe. It features free parking and free high speed Wifi (400 Mbps).

Kingston Resort is a 145 acre community on the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family friendly environment. The community has a number of walking and biking trails around a series of small lakes and ponds and the ocean. Arrowhead Court is a subdivision within Kingston Resort. It provides a resort living with beautiful landscaping, a private swimming pool, and a winding sidewalk with a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Awesome

Enjoyed fishing in the pond, seeing turtles, swans and geese. The Kingston Plantation has a lot to offer, walking paths, private pool, boardwalk, ocean close by and the Black Drum Restaurant. Condo was immaculate and everything we needed. Will definitely be back!

Home away from home!

The property was extremely clean and peaceful to walk around. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. Staying at 315 Arrowhead made the trip even better! We truly felt at home. We could not have asked for better accommodations.

Beautiful outdoors

The pond behind the unit added so much relaxation. Loved seeing the geese, swans, and turtles! Enjoyed the private pool just steps away! Great spot for reading! Unit was clean and equipped with everything you need for your trip to the beach!

New Year's getaway

Great place at Kingston. The condo was very clean. It had everything we needed for a quick weekend getaway. The area itself was very quiet. Quick walk from the condo to the beach which made for some nice long morning walks.

The condo was tastefully decorated and well stocked with all of the necessities!

The condo was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated with up to date furnishings. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances, cookware, dishes , glasses, utensils and more. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked with the necessities as well. It was so convenient to have a washer and dryer in the unit also. We enjoyed our morning coffee daily on the balcony overlooking the pond. The location to all of the attractions, restaurants and shopping can’t be beat. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place!

Wonderful place to rent. The private pool was easy to access and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Very clean, the amenities provided were unexpected but a pleasant surprise! We loved the stackable washer and dryer. Beautiful view of the lake from the deck.. Loved the swans! The gated community gave a sense of privacy. We will definitely rent again!!

If you want to stay somewhere without high rise parking garages, this is the place for you! Beautiful grounds, sidewalks for your morning walk, surrounded by a lake, turtles, fish, ducks and even black swans! Still only a 5 minute walk to the beach! Very clean and homey! Definitely will be back!

Loved the Condo

Located in Kingston Plantation. 3rd floor unit, elevator and steps. Beautiful lake with swans, ducks, turtles and fish. Great walking trails, 5 minutes to the beach. Close to all attractions Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, Alabama Theater, and many Restaurants. Security gate at entrance. Private pool! Black Drum Bar and Grill on premises.

Great Condo!

Loved the Master Bedroom was facing the lake! Very relaxing and clean, felt like home. Walk to the beach, within minutes to the grocery store and many restaurants. Well equipped kitchen, blankets, pillows everything you need! Great convenience having a washer and dryer.

Relaxing beach vacation close to all major attractions, with few crowds!

3rd floor condo with water views! Elevator available for easy move in and close access to stairs. AC was cold for hot days. Unit was very clean and well maintained! Condo had enough towels and wash cloths for the week stay, including a washer and dryer! Kitchen was the perfect size that had a variety of appliances available! Kingston Plantation was the perfect location and set up for our family vacation! We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean, updated furniture and well equipped kitchen

Loved the location, 5-7 minute walk to the beach! Private pool over bridge with plenty of loungers and umbrellas! Comfortable beds, very clean! 3rd floor with lake view, elevator in building and also stairs. Definitely would recommend this unit!

A week at the beach

We enjoyed our stay and Terri was easy to work with and quick to respond. The unit was clean and decorated very nicely. The mattresses were very comfortable in both bedrooms. 19 year olds in second bedroom and they had no issues. We even used the pull out sofa one night when my other daughter came down. Kitchen is smaller than what we are used to, but that shouldn’t keep you from renting this property. I will say, there are a lot more cooking items in this rental than most. Anything you need is there. And it was nice to have more than one roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms, hand soap, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent. I tend to bring the kitchen sink when we vacay but alot was there. So in case you don’t , you will have a fair amount until you get to store. Short walk to beach, but we did rent a golf cart from the Marketplace. Keep in mind, you cannot take these golf carts off the property. All in all, great place to stay 😊

Arrowhead Court has everything our family loves. For the kids, it has beautiful surroundings and easy beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and sea fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the lakeside setting from the balcony.
