Bella Vista is a Mediterranean-style vacation home in the gated Emerald Waters Village neighborhood of Miramar Beach that offers comfortable accommodations, a private pool, two community pools, and a close distance to the deeded beach access. Perfect for multiple families, Bella Vista includes a main home and guest house with spacious interiors and cozy, well-appointed bedrooms. In total, there are five bedrooms, a bonus room, and four full baths. This stately property can accommodate up to 14 guests.

Nestled against a thicket of trees and coastal flora, Bella Vista feels like its own private oasis. Palm trees and manicured shrubs dot the curated landscape, adding to the paradise vibe. The terra cotta roofing and Mediterranean style complete the look. Once inside the main house, you're greeted with a spacious open floor plan and high ceilings. On the first floor, there is a king-size guest bedroom with access to a full hall bath. The primary suite is located on the second floor. The large room boasts a king-size bed, handsome furnishings, sunny windows, a reading chair, and a flatscreen TV. It also has a cozy nook with a twin bunk. The luxury ensuite bath features an angled, glass-walled shower and a deep soaking tub for relaxation. Two other guest bedrooms are on this level—both with a king-size bed. They share a full hall bath with a tub-shower combination.

The guest house provides separate living and sleeping arrangements, which is great for multiple vacationing crews. It includes a full, dine-in kitchen with custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a round dining table. This open floor plan also accommodates two twin beds. The bedroom has a king-size bed and flatscreen TV. A full hall bath is also available with a tub-shower combination, and a washer and dryer are provided for added convenience.

Between the main home and guest house, you will find a private courtyard with a paver deck and a refreshing private pool. There is a shaded patio with a dining table and chairs, as well. Guest House:

First Floor: Garage (Non-Accessible), Exterior Stairs.

Second Floor: Bonus Room with Kitchen and Dining + Two Twin Beds, King Bedroom, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry.
