We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to be woken up early and deal with loud noise throughout the day while trying to relax on vacation. Unfortunately, the work taking place was not communicated to us in advance by the condo association, as they classified it as maintenance. As soon as we became aware of the issue, we reached out for clarification and did what we could to help by providing a credit for one night of your stay. We are very grateful for your understanding in a situation that was largely out of our control. We also appreciate your helpful suggestions regarding the bedding and providing guests with a map of the property. That feedback is very valuable and we will certainly review it with our team. We’re glad to hear you still enjoyed the convenient location and the cleanliness of the pools. Thank you again for your patience and for bringing these things to our attention.
