Welcome to Grand Panama 904!!! You will marvel at this fully renovated condo directly on the sparkling Gulf shores!
Grand Panama Beach Resort is one of the newest and most luxurious resorts in Panama City Beach. Upon arrival at Grand Panama, you will notice the upscale quality and special touches that this fantastic property has to offer.

Our beachfront unit #1-904 is on the 9th floor in the gulf front tower, with a direct view of the Gulf, pool, and white sand, just steps away from the beach, pools, tiki bar, and hot tubs.

This unit has been completely redecorated this year with NEW and FRESH designer furniture and bedding.

This is a fully-furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit, with a bunk bed alcove area and queen-size sleeper sofa.

This thoughtfully remodeled unit is brand new to the Warren Beach Rentals portfolio in March 2021.. Be among the first to enjoy 904.

Enjoy free WiFi, cable, flatscreen smart TVs, and a fully-equipped kitchen with coffee maker, blender, and toaster. Watch the sun set right from your balcony while you enjoy dinner at your private patio table.

Pets (dog only) considered up to 25 lbs with the exception of service pets. There is a $225 plus tax additional pet cost per dog and the pet must be registered in advance through the HOA. Grand Panama is the ONLY pet friendly modern condo on the gulf.

Grand Panama HOA additional costs: The resort cost is $55.00 The resort cost includes 1 parking pass and wristbands for everyone in your reservation 13 and older. Wristband replacement is $10.00. Motorcycle parking is $55.00. Trailer Parking is $55.00 (only during bike week). An additional parking pass can be purchased for $35.00 during registration. Only two parking passes are allowed per unit. Guests bringing a pet to a Pet Friendly unit must register the pet in guest registration system. Pet Sleeves are $50.00 per sleeve.

This upscale resort has all of the best amenities, including a massive pool and hot tub, an on-site fitness center, and a tiki bar with food and drinks right at your fingertips.

We loved our stay! The view from the balcony was gorgeous. It was so relaxing to sit and listen to and watch the waves. We were also able to bring our little Shih-tzu Jazzy with us because it was pet friendly! It was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again 🙂

The condo was well appointed and spacious enough for the seven of us. The management company was responsive to our inquiries and we had no major issues come up during our stay. This was our second stay at the Grand Panama (we stayed in a different unit previously), and will likely not be our last. The location is great and has been well maintained. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Grand Panama in Panama City Beach

Our condo was very nice and the building and property were well taken care of. It was just as we expected and enjoyed our 2 week stay very much. Many good resturants in the area but tourist attractions not open for the season yet as of March 4th.

We bring in professionally cleaned sheets and towels at each turn. Our company vigorously monitors the cleanliness of the units and we NEVER skimp on our commitment to sanitized, and thoroughly cleaned linens. This unit has spectacular reviews and has been one of the most highly rated units at Grand Panama.. To suggest that the sheets were not washed is absolutely and irresponsible statement. We will be reaching out for a retraction.

This was our second time booking thru Warren Beach Rentals and everything was perfect!! Grand Panama is one of the nicest condos in Panama City Beach. We have booked thru other rental agencies before and there is no comparison to Warren Beach Rentals. When you book thru Warren Beach Rentals you will get a condo that is spotless and well maintained. We are already booked for next February. Can’t say enough good things about how well they manage there business it is totally hassle free. Thanks again can’t wait to come back.

The floors in the condo were filthy, I don’t think it’s been mopped in ages. Not enough towels and there are only 3 forks in the cutlery drawer. Really needs a clean up!

This unit has 17 consecutive 5 star reviews before your stay. Either every other person that has stayed and loved this place has lost their minds, or, perhaps its not them... This unit is spectacular, well furnished, and clean as a whistle. The unit is cleaned and inspected after each stay. We checked and there are 8 forks in the drawer (we take photos prior to each arrival) and each bathroom had 5 towels each.. However, had you asked,m we have a full time team ON SITE that could have gotten more forks or towels in less than 10 minutes if you needed them. But, I guess its easier to drive home after a week and then complain online about it. All of our guests make us happy. Some when they stay, others when they leave!!

Overalls the home was nice, but the issues we had with the condo itself I will never stay at that resort again. Every time we were at the pool we were approached by security to check arm bands it made us feel like we were constantly being watched. You would think after the second day the man would have recognized us. We were contacted a couple of days into stay informing us we would lose access to the balcony for the last two days we were there, do to unforeseen construction. I firmly believe everyone knew this construction would be taking place or if that was really even the truth,but all of our furniture was removed and they didn’t even remove it the day they said they were they came the day prior to get it then on the morning we were checking out before we were even able to check out of the condo maintenance knocked on our door to put our furniture back in but it wasn’t our original furniture. It was brand new furniture so I think that they lied to us about the construction they just wanted to put new furniture in the place, so why couldn’t they let us have the furniture in till we checked out? None of it made since. Also, on our last night there we were all around the Jacuzzi about 8 o’clock at night. It was just me and my family and friends. A lot of small children were around and this big giant OB security guard come flying around the corner got down into my husband’s personal space to tell him to put his cigarette out before he got kicked off the premises and was not allowed back in. I do understand that my husband was at fault for lighting the cigarette because apparently you were not allowed to smoke around the pool, but the aggressiveness the security guard approached us with is what had me upset, especially when we had children around. As you said, the unit is in fantastic condition. It is unfair to tag this unit with a low review because of the resort staff that had nothing to do with the quality of your condo. The resort did have to do balcony work that was not scheduled with any management company. They had completed all of of their tasks earlier in Dec-Feb and wound up needing to do one more thing and notified us last minute. When you stay at the resort during high occupancy spring break periods guests HAVE TO FOLLOW THE RULES. When you do not, the resort has every right to enforce the rules that are posted. We have not ever had a group have the same issues you seem to have had and I will apologize if their policing the property unnerved your family. But these guys have a difficult job in making the place safe and fun for everyone and generally make Grand Panama one of the best places for families to stay.
