So needs new carpet. Piss stains on front bedroom bed. Needs a new couch. If you are paying for the view it is a 10...beautiful. Phil was great to talk with and responsive. My wife and I 28th anniversary and he left a bottle of champagne for us...very nice of him. Hoa was very difficult to deal with if you have a pet. We will not be back because of the hoa!!

Host (Phil) was very helpful during the booking process and answered any questions that we had. Communication was excellent. The condo was one of the nicest we've ever stayed in. The view from the 16th floor was phenomenal!!! Perfect location with easy access to drive anywhere we needed to go. Security did a great job with patrolling the areas of the resort and keeping things in check. Pet friendly resort. Parking was easy and convenient. We definitely would recommend this host and their beautiful and comfortable condo. Thank you Mike & Gail H.

This condo is in the perfect location. Balcony is large and plenty of space to entertain. Very clean! We will definitely try to book here again in the future!

Nice View, cleanliness not great.

The host would say I checked in 7Hrs early. We had been on that same floor next door for a month, no one was at this condo. I asked if we could check in early because we wanted to extend our stay and the unit we were in was rented out. He kept saying check back. I got an email that gave me the check in instruction with code to get in and parking pass and wrist bands were on the counter. So that morning we knocked on the door no one was there we went in and everything was on the counter as told. So you can assume we were set. As we were there my feet were black, there was mold under the ottoman, I filled the vacuum up 3 times, and spent an hour scrubbing the stove. Some dishes still had food residue on them. The microwave and fridge had food residue. I spent 6 Hours cleaning, So whoever got it after us, Your Welcome. When I told the owner all I got was you checked in 7 Hrs early. And during our stay the Fire alarm kept going off, he said quarterly check, which he did not get that we were there a month before and they did that in December. When I again said something his reply was Maintenace. I went to front desk and they said no there is no one doing anything, Third time I said please call someone, he sent me a screenshot that there would be repairs made on the next day, well that's because I had to ask the front desk to call someone.

Loved this room, it had a very wide balcony …just high enough to see stingrays in the ocean …. Enjoyed our stay our stay just wasn’t long enough … will rent again ❤️❤️❤️

Great condo and surrounding area

The Grand Panama is a great condo in a great area. Not very busy area of the beach. The condo was clean ,comfortable, cool and the cleaning staff at Grand Panama are always cleaning in and around the grounds.

everything was pretty good we completely enjoyed our time at the beach and the condo was nice. the cleaning crew need to pay better attention to cleaning as the floors still had sand and hair in the bathrooms, the dishes in the cabinet were not cleaned good and a chip bag was under the living room T.V. but beautiful condo with a great patio.
