Thanks for the memories!

Home was beautiful, just as described. Such a beautiful property. We enjoyed cooking large meals for the family in the well appointed kitchen. Our favorite LP home yet! The home theatre was incredible, our kids loved selecting a movie each night. Super clean, comfortable beds, wonderful location. One request, there are not enough bath towels on site. Only two per shower, we had to wash them every day and share. Would love to come back again in warm weather!

Fantastic Lake Placid Home

We had a wonderful week, staying at Bethel Ridge. The house is even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. We had more than enough space for the 8 adults and 8 children who stayed there. The setting is gorgeous and a short drive from Mirror Lake, restaurants, Olympic sites. I highly recommend this house.

Wonderful stay!

If you're wondering whether to book Bethel Ridge, the answer is yes! Honestly the house is even better in person than in the beautiful photos. We visited in the summer, and we loved the seamless indoor-outdoor living spaces that the house offers, as well as the fabulous pool, hot tub & scenery. Inside, the house is beautifully furnished and so welcoming & comfortable. We all said the beds were the most comfortable we'd ever slept in! Plenty of space for everyone to spread out, but also wonderful spots for family time together, including the kitchen/living room/dining room area, the outdoor seating areas and the theater. We can't wait to visit in winter to go skiing and enjoy the cozy house in the snow.

Perfect Holiday Weekend

The height of luxury for a multi-generation family trip. Stunning design and decor, and pretty much every amenity you can think of. Outstanding kitchen, spacious living room, comfortable bedding, hot tub, theater room, fire pit, heated floors, massive laundry capabilities, huge private property, mountain views...the list goes on. Champagne waiting at arrival and extremely responsive to minor issues. Would definitely come back.

Amazing Birthday Trip in Early May

This house is a must stay if you are in the area! The interior is stunning and super spacious. Additionally, the views out back are amazing. The amenities of the house cannot be matched. The best part was that the host was very hospitable and assisted with a few minor items both pre and post check in. If I ever am planning a trip back I will 100% come back.

Magical Thanksgiving Holiday weekend

We were welcomed as soon as we walked in, with Champagne and the breathtaking views around the house. We loved our stay in this beautiful home, and thanks to Tim the property manager in securing us an extra table and chairs, we were able to seat all 20 of our family members together for Thanksgiving dinner. The large open chef's kitchen was my husband's and our sons' favorite place. I was surprised how well stocked the pantry was, coffee was ready to brew every morning. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated and the views from upstairs were magnificent. Our younger granddaughters' loved the cub den bunk beds, so they could hang out and gossip all night. Our older grandsons and our older granddaughters had the third-floor bedrooms, and although they enjoyed the privacy, the pitched ceilings were low, and the rooms were too hot, with only 1 fan available to cool them at night. The hot tub and outdoor fire pit were so inviting, especially when it snowed! It really was like a Hallmark Movie. The few drawbacks we had was that the clothes dryer did not work, and could not be fixed while we were there, so nothing could get washed. There was also a leak in the kitchen sink, that we were not made aware of. We found there was a bucket under the drain when we arrived, so we had to keep checking it, and emptying it so it didn't overflow. For the price we paid, it should have been fixed. All in all, though, we had a wonderful time at Bethel Ridge. We got to shop in Lake Placid and hike thru the nearby woods, and just enjoy all of our family together in one place.

What a beautiful large home in a wonderful location. The house was big and cozy with wonderful expansive views of the large property. Management had very fast response time and were very accommodating. Amazing professional kitchen an terrific choice of restaurants in town.

Property is even better in person

This house was truly incredible. The attention to detail and spaciousness of the property was beyond all expectations. Upon arrival, the house and the views were absolutely beautiful and all beds/couches/sitting areas were incredibly comfortable. All of the gas fireplaces create such a cozy atmosphere for your stay.

Incredible Stay! (Pictures don't do it justice!)

We loved our stay here. The house and property are incredible, with beautiful views, lots of space, and so close to town it's the perfect getaway. We had so much fun, with hot tubs, fire pits, and a full theatre, there's so much to do. Also, incredible huge kitchen for cooking and hanging out. Can't recommend it enough!

Family reunion

Property was in perfect condition; setting, decor and amenities exceed listing and our expectations. Absolutely stunning. Tim was very responsive and quick to advise on best way to adjust temp in 3rd floor theatre and bonus room. Everyone commented on how comfortable the mattresses are, tons of hot water even with us all showering at once! Kitchen was fully equipped with everything our novice chefs desired with plenty of room for impromptu dance parties. Incredible weekend close to the village in a beautiful home. Thanks for sharing it with us - we hope to be back in summer to enjoy the outdoor amenities!

Breathtaking views and fabulous amenities

This home does not disappoint. The rooms are both stylish and extremely comfortable. The property was breathtaking even in the winter. The sun rises behind the mountain range were amazing to wake up to. The location was perfect. It was just minutes to the city of lake placid and whiteface mountain. Skiing at whiteface was an amazing experience for the whole family and the city of lake placid offered unique activities like taboggan and dog sledding for the kids. The Olympic ski jump center was right next store and you can see the house from the site. What Ching the athletes jump was an unforgettable experience. We would definitely consider coming back again.

Wonderful property

Our group or family and friends had a fantastic stay at the bethel ridge house. The house is well designed and well built w all the necessary amenities. It’s spacious yet comfortable and cozy. I only wish the outdoor hot tub was bigger. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Would def stay here again!

Another amazing stay at Bethel Ridge!

This was our second stay at Bethel Ridge and we had another amazing time! This house is gorgeous in its design and decorating! The bedrooms and bathrooms are plentiful and the great room is so welcoming. It’s gourmet kitchen is well stocked and a joy to cook in. It is located near great hiking (John Brown, Mt. Jo, numerous high peaks) and a short drive to ‘town’. The hot tub and outdoor fire pit made for a great way to end the night. The hosts are incredibly responsive and really go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable! We’ll be back!

3 families, 6 adults + 6 children. Wonderful location. The house was absolutely as described. Would definitely rent it again. It was everything we expected and more. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed or wanted! Lots of games, ping pong table, and a pickle ball net. Kids were very happy.

Amazing facility, a few details fell through the cracks

Home is beautiful, warm, inviting. Very well maintained. Excellent layout/design (even for a large crowd), very functional with a lot of space. Close to Lake Placid but just out of the way where privacy is kept. Pickleball was easy to learn and so much fun to play. The owner and property manager were prompt at replying to any requests. A few details did fall through the cracks: the fuel for the pool heater was empty, and fuel delivery was unavailable during our stay. There is a great screened in porch with a fireplace, unfortunately the fireplace was non-functional (they were waiting on a replacement). The receiver or the theater room was also broken, and waiting on a replacement (only function available for the theater room was cable tv- no streaming or DVD). The kitchen knives were loose between the blade and the handle. Lots of goose poop on the pickle ball court. A few ripped screens allowed a few biting insects in at night, so had to be careful which windows were left open. Small kitchen items like sponges, tin foil, etc were missing. Pool fire pit was out of propane (thankfully the grill had propane in the tank still, so swapping them was pretty easy). Overall, I can see us returning at some point, but at this price point I expected a higher level of attention to detail.

Labor Day Weekend

My family and I (14 of us) stayed at Bethel Ridge over Labor Day weekend to celebrate our parents 50th anniversary. I cannot say enough about this amazing house. It has every upgrade and amenity you could ask for in a vacation home and more! It is perfectly located- close to hiking, skiing, the town of Lake Placid and many other Adirondack activities. It has stunning views of the mountains and the Olympic ski jumps. The house itself is beyond spectacular with so many special details and features. We hope to return. Many thanks to our wonderful hosts!!

Beautiful Estate

This one is as advertised. Huge grounds spacious and well equipped house. Kids loved the pool and the private theater, the adults the fire pit and the office. Service was remarkable. All questions were answered and issues resolved seamlessly.
