Master bedroom and walkout lower level offer breathtaking views of Lake Huron.
During the summer months watch freighters and cruise ships from the comfort of the home, and in the winter listen to the peaceful waves forming ice while enjoying your favorite beverage. This home offers outdoor dining and a gas grill perfect for a BBQ after a long day enjoying sites around town and surrounding areas. Large lake front yard with walkout lower level offers Fire pit with seating, for evening campfires perfect for roasting marshmallows & having s'mores!
This home offers the perfect location for nearby fishing, hiking trails, down town restaurant's, bike paths, snowmobile, cross country ski trails and much more.Large driveway allows for trailer parking. Home is located on a quiet residential road, if you bring your bike take a ride around the subdivision for some great views!

Beautiful home on Lake Huron with everything you could possibly want for a relaxing stay. Great location just minutes from downtown Alpena. Super responsive hosts. Kitchen was very well equipped and loved the outdoor grill. Beds super comfortable. Living room was great -- spent hours there relaxing and watching the lake. Downstairs bed/bath/kitchenette worked out great for us. Neighborhood is lovely and quiet. Overall, a great house and wonderful hosts.

Our stay here was awesome! You get the experience of being in the “big lake” without all the crazy loud boats wizzing around, as it’s a Bay Area and a little more shallow. I felt totally safe taking my SUP way out from shore and jumping off for a swim!There was a great fire pit and everything was very clean and comfortable. We’ll be back!!

Enjoyed a family vacation with my parents, siblings, and the kids. Group of 12 in total. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed. Had fun playing yard games, riding bikes, and swimming. Very rocky beach but we managed with water shoes and floats!

Clearly - these people care about the place and they stay here themselves. Very clean and well stocked. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need - including condiments, spices, oils, baggies, aluminum foil... and so on. Really good toilet paper (wish every place had this), supplies for the washer/dryer, coffee, mints etc. And the lake was much closer than the pictures suggest. Be careful - some of the rocks are pretty slippery. It was great to hear the waves at night. About the only complaint I had was the Detroil Lions grill cover. Makes me question the owners character (Daaaa Bears!)

Had great stay here for our annual girls trip! Lovely home with plenty of room for everyone! Comfortable beds, very well stocked, great neighborhood and is a perfect location to get to shopping, restaurants and much more. Fabulous sunrises too! Born & Raised in New Jersey as were my children. My husband and Father were born and raised in Alpena Michigan. It has always been our summer getaway to enjoy Family, Camping, Boating and Fishing. When it came time to retire we knew we wanted Alpena to be our forever home.

This neighborhood is very tranquil and welcoming. Many neighbors are out early enjoying the beautiful sunrises. It is a nice quiet road to run, walk or bike ride. People are also out on the lake kayaking, jet skiing, boating or fishing. There is plenty of wildlife, from the deer and rabbits on the roadside to the loons and other water fowl on the lake.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our property is unique as most would expect a small cabin or home on the water. Our home is over 3200 sq ft. There is plenty of room to have all generations, Grandparents, Parents, Children & Grandchildren enjoy time together. There is a large driveway for you bring your boat trailer or snow mobiles in the winter. What ever your pleasure it is a great central location. The Partridge Point area is known for finding fossils and special stones on the beach.
