Located in the heart of Ukrainian village and just a few short minutes from downtown, your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, nightlife, and a 10 minute ride to downtown! the apartment includes everything you need for a comfortable stay including Queen sized bed, full kitchen, high speed internet, tv, modern bathroom and free street parking.
The space
Newly remodeled modern english garden apartment with private entrance, queen sized bed, high speed wifi, and more all located in the greatest city! We've recently updated the home to include all the modern amenities, while maintaining its charm. While recently remodeled, this is an older building with tenants who live upstairs. You can hear footsteps and voices from the above units. This is a great neighborhood that is close to all types of food, drink, and entertainment, as well as close to downtown, public transportation, and major roads/highways. We have a full kitchen with all the necessities. If you notice anything that affects your stay, please let us know and we'll do our best to correct it. We want you to have a safe and comfortable stay.

- This is a garden unit with private entrance.

- Pack n' Play is available upon request at no charge.

- Access to a washer and dryer is available upon request for an additional fee.

- ONLY guests included on the reservation are permitted overnight on the premises. Any violation will result in a fee of $50/person/night for any undeclared guest.

- Arrange for replacement or repair of any items accidentally broken/damaged or permanently stained during the stay.
Unsalvageable stained linens - $15/pc.
Unsalvageable stained towels - $10/pc.

- Do not leave the place excessively dirty. A charge of up to $100 will be collected for prolonged cleaning and extra work incurred.
