Your top-floor retreat is where modern comfort meets smart design. The living room and kitchenette seamlessly blend together, flooded with natural light. On the right, a dining area is ready for meals, while further back, a private workspace awaits.

Beyond the workspace, you'll find the cozy bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed with soft linens. The unique open connection between the bedroom and living room adds a spacious touch to the layout.

The living room is set for relaxation and entertainment, equipped with a flat-screen TV and fireplace. The kitchenette is stocked with coffee, teas, and essentials.

The bathroom offers a spa-like experience with a generous walk-in shower, while a shared laundry room is conveniently accessible through the common staircase, complete with washer, dryer, and detergent.

Immaculate apartment in great neighborhood

This is a lovely stay for two people; clean and bright and well located. Note that there isn’t a full kitchen (this is described accurately in the listing) and it is a climb (again, this is noted). It was a hot (!!) weekend, but the a/c was lovely and efficient. Owners communicated well. One small issue: the backyard was fully inhabited by the tenants below; we wouldn’t have felt comfortable trying to use it. This might not usually be the case and it wasn’t important to us, but something to check with the owners about.

The best sheets and towels of any rental EVER - so soft! Both bed and sofa were very comfortable and the host was incredibly responsive. Easy walk to bus stop for 76 and 56 buses and less than a mile to Logan Square Blue Line station so easy commute from airport. Less than one mile to both Adrian’s and Foodsmart grocery stores. Not for anyone with hip or knee problems as bed is very low and stairs are quite steep (third floor walk-up).

Great location in Logan Square

Great small apartment near lots of local places - perfect for my wife and me. On site parking which came in very handy. Owner was very responsive to my questions.

Great Experience

Stayed 3 nights to explore the Logan Square area. Listing was just like the pictures and there was plenty of space for 2. Property manager was very quick to respond to questions and we had no trouble accessing the parking. Would absolutely stay again.

Best Kept Secret in Chicago!

I traveled back to visit our oldest son over a long weekend and my birthday. The property was one of the cleanest and nicest that I've ever stayed at in the last 8 years using VRBO. Very nice and responsive owners, which made the stay in Chicago even more enjoyable. Safe and secure location close to many restaurants and shopping. Definitely looking forward to my next stay here at this Charming Chicago Retreat!

Lived up to our expectations

Everything is as shown in the photos. Very clean apartment. It had all the amenities we needed. Access to a laundry room, small kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Bathtub, shower full bathroom. A nice living area and office. I would recommend for future guests, bring a face mask or, eye mask? For when you sleep. Whatever they call those things. This is no fault of anyone just the way the place was built the bedroom has a skylight in it. So the sun will wake you up in the early morning. The neighborhood was very nice. We were recommended to stay in this particular neighborhood by friends who have lived here. Walking distance to many areas. We would definitely stay here again. No complaints.

Lovely place in great location

We stayed for the weekend to visit our daughter, who lives in the area, and we would choose this over place over a hotel any time - the apartment was in top condition, neat and clean, and beautifully furnished, with niceties like a state of the art coffee maker (beans included!) The host was very responsive to our questions. We look forward to a return stay very soon.

This was my first ever time staying at home for traveling. I usually would book hotels, but we weren't able to find one to accommodate our needs. Luckily, I came across this property and it had what we needed and it was close to the attractions to where we were visiting. Upon arrival, I was bit apprehensive about the parking spot, but luckily the parking spot had kept our car secured the two nights we stayed, as it is a gated parking spot. The property is situated in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. The neighborhood seems very friendly and welcoming. There was a gentleman next door who came over to help us with the lock, as we struggled to figure how to unlock the door. We did had climb up two flights of stairs with our luggage, but it was worth it. The inside of place felt very homey, rather than feeling like you were staying in a traditional hotel. The ceilings are fairly high, though I would watch your head on some of the corners, as you could hit your head. The cleanliness of the place was astounding when we had arrived. My favorite part of the place was the bathroom. I really enjoyed soaking in the spa bath and showering in the modern shower the nights we had stayed. The communication with Thomas and Cynthia was impeccable. When we had questions about check-in/check-out or about the property, Thomas was prompt to respond to our questions. I would stay again in the future!

Beautiful

We had such a great time in this beautifully done rental property. Its in a beautiful spot. Very quiet neighborhood but still close to soooo many things! It was clean and we had everything we needed. We will be back to stay here!
