Monterey Peninsula Home with Hot tub, Games and Fully Stocked!

Enjoy all that Monterey Peninsula has to offer while staying at our brand new home! Located on a quiet street in upper Seaside just minutes away from all the Monterey Peninsula has to offer. Perfect for families, couples, work stays or a getaway! Plenty of sunshine year round, this comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bath home has a fully stocked kitchen. The home has all new furnishings and linens! All three rooms have flat screen T.V.s with cable and have access to our wifi network. The home has a two car garage and can fit two cars in driveway. The backyard is private and fenced with seating and BBQ, hot tub and ping pong!

For your protection and ours we have a security system on the property with two cameras on the front of the home. Next to the house on the other side of the fence is an ADU that we rent out to a traveling, nurse.
I will be available to answer any question you may have while staying at our property. Just 4 houses away is a very small park.

My husband and I are both are lifetime residents of Monterey and want you to enjoy this piece of paradise that we call home!

Before you arrive you will be given a code to enter the property with a keyless entry.
City of Seaside has approved our home for Short Term Rental.

Great place to stay

We have visited the Monterey area for years but this was the first time staying in Seaside. What a great little town! We loved staying in this house for a week. It is well appointed with just about anything you need to make you comfortable being away from home. We will definitely be interested in renting this house again!

Perfect stay in the bay

Our stay here was perfect! The house had everything you could need and much more. Our host was extremely easy to communicate with and very accommodating and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect home base to explore the Monterey area

We stayed here with my son and parents for the weekend. The property is emaculately kept, everything is just as nice as the pictures look, the kitchen is well stocked, and all three of the rooms were comfortable with fans available in the closets. It was a short drive to the aquarium and the 17-mile drive loop. The hot tub is huge and was a perfect way the end the day.

Wonderful Weekend

Fantastic cozy place for a weekend getaway! This home is super clean and comfortable. We had fun playing games, ping pong, and enjoyed a dip in the hot tub. Great parks nearby for the kiddo and we found some excellent places to eat within a five minute drive. Hosts were super responsive with any needs and we look forward to coming back.

Great Home

Home was clean and as advertised in listing. Location was close to restaurants and any other needs. Beds were also comfy! Enjoyed the hot tub. Great place.

Family vacation

The house was super clean and well stocked for our family trip. The hot tub, abundance or games and well stocked kitchen were greatly appreciated. The house is located in an older neighborhood, but the house itself has been updated. FYI for those who stay over the 4th of July- the neighborhood was very found of last us fireworks into the wee hours of the morning. Besides that, our stay was perfect!

Seaside experience

We have stayed in many VRBO's. This one is by far the best. Overall excellent. Very clean, very well equipped! Comfortable, and homey. It is easy to get to everything from this location. Our grandkids enjoyed the small local park. we could just walk there. A wonderful excursion for us all.

Very nice home in a great location

We stayed here for an event at Laguna Seca. It was extremely convenient for getting to the track as well as nearby restaurants in Monterey and Carmel by the Sea. The house itself was very clean and very nicely done. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice, clean place to stay in the Monterey area.

Enjoyed time with friends - jacuzzi, Weber grill, ping pong.... Parking a bit "scary" on a narrow street, but can park in driveway - just have to be super careful backing out!

Great for exploring Monterey/ Carmel area

The place was great as a homebase for exploring the Monterey/Carmel area for our family. A clean house in a quiet neighborhood with modern furniture and appliances, and lots of spices and things for cooking. About 15 minutes from the aquarium. Clean and well maintained front and back yards. Very responsive and easy host communication.

Great Family Stay with Young Children

Loved this place! It was like home away from home. Plenty of toys for the one and three year olds to stay happy and busy both insidde and outside. Loved having a fenced in yard so they could run around. The neighbors were all so nice and friendly. Super close to everything. The home was clean and had all the amentities as described. Everything worked! We really enjoyed our time up in Monterey!
