Estamos ubicados en la ladera con una hermosa vista de la bahía de Monterey. Completamente renovado casa en la playa con un patio trasero ideal para cenas, o simplemente para relajarse en el sol! Oler el aire salado. Esta es la comodidad del hogar lejos del hogar con un solo Cal. rey cama y dos camas de matrimonio, dos televisores inteligentes de pantalla plana, cocina mejorada con encimeras de granito azul perla y electrodomésticos, baño completo, con lavadora / secadora, garaje con acceso remoto, y delanteros / traseros yardas ajardinadas.

Seaside California Family Reunion

We had a group of 5 adults, all over 50, and loved the property. Clean, quiet and a wonderful neighborhood. Would stay there again.

Six females in their sixties had a great stay. House had tons of room and most every amenity one could want. Neighbors really friendly and welcoming although we had trouble with the large rental Suburban fitting between the cars parked on either side of the street (we’re non city dwellers) to get to the driveway. Loved it.

What a wonderful experience in a beautiful home near Monterey! The only thing i would ask is to have a functioning BBQ, one with propane, to help with grilling.

House was very nicely decorated and clean. Had an issue with the front door lock. Ended up the batteries were dead. Thankfully they had some extra in the desk. Once replaced we were able to lock up the house.

Fun in Seaside

We had a great time. It was a lovely house, nicely decorated. Just the right size for five adults. We enjoyed the larger kitchen, the game room, and the fire pit. Wish we could have stayed longer.

All in all fantastic location to the race track

The view isn't necessarily a direct view of the bay, but it's pretty dang close. Quick drive to Costco and other stores. Definitely looking at this place when we go back to the track next year

Clean and roomy

We stayed at the location with our adult children. The rooms were spacious and we had everything we needed. We hosted our SIL's parents for dinner one night and the kitchen was fully equipped. I was a little nervous about the neighborhood because the streets are narrow and there were a lot of cars parked on the street but it was fine, very quiet actually. It was also convenient to everything.

Remodeled home in established neighhood . Minutes from Monterey, Pacific Grove and Carmel. Lots of restaurants and shopping near by.

Lovely stay in Seaside

This was a great location to stay with my family for the Big Sur Marathon. We appreciated the spacious common areas and 3 bedrooms. Nice views of the bay from the deck. :)

Pristine home away from home

This spotlessly clean home made our trip to Monterey. Every thoughtful detail made it such an easy place to live and we would stay there again in a heartbeat. Fully appointed kitchen, large and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Easy off street parking.

Wonderful stay

The property was just as described. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space. The keyless entry worked perfectly, which was nice as we've had trouble with some of these in the past. The house was well-stocked with nice details. Overall, a wonderful property and we would stay here again.

Perfect house for group trips

Great home in a great location. The house is very well stocked and was easy to call home for a week. The house does carry sound pretty heavily, so if you have small children or groups of people, it’s just something to be aware of. Great stay though and we’d easily come back!

Fantastic house with a surprise view from the backyard.

My friends, partner, and I stayed here for the long Memorial Day weekend. What a fantastic house. It is clean, updated, great outdoor space, and fun garage space. It is the nicest property I have rented in Seaside in the last few years. Quiet neighborhood with many parks and great views from the backyard. Thank you for a lovely home away from home.

Lovely house in quiet neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay. Extremely clean house and beautifully decorated. The owners were incredibly responsive and helpful. It was such a treat for our kids to be able to pick a snack from the snack drawer each morning. We also really appreciated the breakfast basics. Always nice to not have to go to the store on arrival. Appreciated the beer, wine and beverages as well. We would stay here again!

Nice area and a great stay

The area is very nice and convenient. My family and I had a great time. The house is pretty nice. A few ants were on the kitchen counter, but not big deal. We sanitized the counter and wiped them away and no more again. We had no complain until the very end. Minutes after we checked out. My son realized he forgot his airpods in the house. So we drove back to get it. While I was waiting for him I noticed a hidden camera in the old car with a flat tire that had been always parking there forever. We were not happy about that. After reading another review about hidden cameras in the house, I exclusively asked the owner about any cameras a few days before arriving. I was told there was one in the living room that we could disable it upon arrival. We did that. But never thought the owner would put another one in a disabled car without disclosing it.

Wonderful house!

We had an excellent 3 night stay here, with 4 adults and two teens. The house was very comfortable and nicely provisioned, with plenty of seating, a giant comfortable couch where all 6 of us could fit with room to spare, comfortable beds, and a great outdoor space with a fire pit (that came pre-setup with firewood ready to go, all we had to do was light it!). The two bathrooms were large and spacious, with really nice showers. I don't recall it being mentioned in the listing, but there's also a large garage space that had foosball and an air hockey table, which my kids loved. Kitchen was well appointed and had everything you need, with a nice range of cookware, and the knives were actually sharp (which is a rarity in rentals). While there's not too much to within walking distance of the house, there's a TON to do within a short drive. Don't focus your time entirely on Monterey, Pacific Grove, or Carmel, Seaside itself has some nice places to eat and shop at too. One of the nice things about this place is that it's family owned, and not run by a vacation rental corporation. We met the cleaners on our way out, one of whom was the niece of the owner, and she told us a bit about the house and owners. Overall, we were all very happy with the house, amenities, and communication process. We would recommend this property to friends and family, and would absolutely love to stay here again on our next visit.
