We had an amazing stay at this property and would absolutely come back! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect and close to Neyland Stadium for a concert we were attending.The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making check-in easy and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the outdoor space (multiple balconies) was a huge bonus for relaxing in the evenings.Everything about our experience exceeded expectations. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, stress-free getaway!

Very clean. Love the many bathrooms to accommodate everyone. Could use more kitchen towels (I bought a couple) and maybe a few cleaning items like a long broom (I bought one and left it).Otherwise, we would definitely stay here again if we needed a place.

Convenient location

New condo as seen in pictures. Very convenient location in town/close to ballgames. Plenty of seating and kitchen adequately stocked. Comfy beds and new linens.

Moving my daughter for school at UT

Beautiful house. Very clean. Beds/ mattresses were very comfortable. Loved the coffee set up. Location was great. Very nice safe community. Also very central location; easy to get around. Kitchen was very well set up for cooking in. Would definitely stay here again

Great Experience, Will book again!

Property was clean, nice, and new. The garage was a great feature, we were able to fit 6 motorcycles in the garage. It was a quick Uber ride to Neyland. Would recommend to anyone.

Don’t miss out on this gem!

If you’re looking for the perfect rental in Knoxville, this is it! We can’t say enough great things about this property. New construction, fully stocked with everything that you would need and convenient to Knoxville & Oak Ridge (where we were mainly going during our trip). The management company is super-responsive. We never needed to contact them during our stay, but they immediately answered my questions about the property before we booked and check in & check out were seamless. We will definitely be back to Idlewood!

Rocky start but great stay overall

the place is fabulously updated and very clean. The unit is new and nothing is broken or falling apart. The natural light is wonderful in the living areas. It was nice to have a garage and ample parking. The bedrooms are spacious, beds are roomy, and bathrooms are sparkling clean. Lots of towels and personal sundries. There is no noise from next door as well. I will say that we were surprised that VRBO let them advertise a single bed when they only had a blow up bed. Sleeps 8 not 9. If ever had the chance to sleep on one, they are not the same. The property manager tried to convince me they were. VRBO did nothing to compensate that we had to have someone sleep on the couch as the blow up bed was uncomfortably cold. It was inaccurately advertised and I feel that VRBO could have removed their fee for falsely advertising and not assisting us with a solution. The management did lessen the price they received which gave us some solace but not comfort. The management company was responsive and positive until we came upon the no twin bed and then it was crickets texting so I had to spend the first four hours calling and texting trying to get the situation fixed which encroached on our the purpose of why we were there.It was settled by the management company as VRBO wanted nothing to do with it. I also will say for 9 occupants they only had 6 coffee mugs and 6 six of most glasses and cups. Besides that we had a comfortable weekend and I would definitely stay there again.

Parking was easy, host was communicative. Could use a few more blankets extra per room as there were no extras throughout the home. Otherwise stay was fabulous.
