Regreso a la escuela especial! La unidad 204 cuesta $ 109 por noche más impuestos y limpieza.
Las tres unidades se pueden reservar. THE Marlin es un edificio triplex. Unidad 202 tiene una habitación, un baño con una cama king y un sofá cama doble.
La Unidad 204 (VRBO # 331207) es una unidad de dos dormitorios y un baño con una cama queen, dos gemelos y un sofá cama queen.
La unidad 206 (VRBO # 1128353) es una unidad de dos dormitorios y un baño con una cama queen, dos gemelos y un sofá cama queen.
Alquilo alquiler los tres !!! Perfecto para bodas, reuniones familiares o reuniones.
El edificio tiene un área de estacionamiento grande que puede acomodar un bote y un remolque y ambas rampas públicas para botes están a no más de 2 minutos en auto.
Estamos ubicados a solo una cuadra de la tienda de comestibles, tiendas y restaurantes. La playa pública está a menos de una cuadra de distancia. No se puede superar la ubicación!
También hay una cocina al aire libre con parrilla de gas, fregadero y refrigerador y una sala de estar al aire libre con mesas y sillas.
En el frente hay más sillas para que pueda estar afuera disfrutando del hermoso clima de la isla. La calle en la que se encuentra el Marlin está escondida y porque no es un camino y porque no hay estacionamiento público, la calle apenas se transita y es perfecta para los niños.
Nuestra piscina es de 31'X19 '. Tiene un extremo poco profundo con un banco alrededor del perímetro para sentarse. El extremo profundo es un círculo grande perfecto para nadar y hay un estante de 'playa' que imita sentado en el borde de la línea de costa. Dentro de la playa cuando está desocupada hay una fuente y cuando está ocupada hay un chorro que crea anillos de burbujas. La piscina tiene un sistema de luz de cuatro colores que puede ser sólido o multicolor e ilumina la piscina para disfrutar de la noche. Además, hay una gran terraza alrededor de la piscina con tumbonas y mesas.
¿Llegas tarde y quieres comida en tu unidad o no tienes tiempo para comprar? Podemos esperarlo en su habitación. Por favor pregunte por las tarifas. Limpieza adicional de habitaciones para estadías prolongadas también está disponible. Precio: $ 50.

Amazing Place and Location

The pictures don't do this place justice. It was the perfect beach home for me and my two children and it was so cute! Plus it was walking distance to restaurants, stores, and more importantly, the beach. And I mean, walk out the door, and the beach is less than a block away. I can't recommend this place enough, and we will be back again.

Perfect Location!

The property manager is very attentive. This property has 3 units that share a nice pool. The decor is very beachy and bright. Just as the description states, it truly is steps from the beach. Publix is very close as are many places within walking distance. We have stayed here before and will definitely stay here again.

Location can't be beat!

We enjoyed our time while staying here. The unit was clean and well-appointed for our week long stay. The outdoor pool area was relaxing and provided a lot of fun for our little ones. Being only a block from the beach was great, especially as no busy roads were needed to be crossed. We would gladly stay here again.

Location

If you’re looking for a budget friendly house in a superb location, this is it! Minimal guests share the pool so most nights it was just my family using it. My family loved the proximity to the beach entrance and it was just far enough down from the public beach parking so as not to be crowded. Really close to grocery store and souvenir shop (walking distance), and centrally located on island between all the restaurants and entertainment. Well equipped with everything needed for a weeks stay. It checked all of our boxes which were proximity to beach, a pool, near food and entertainment and away from large condos.

Very convenient to everything

This property is very conveniently located to everything we need within walking distance. We fly so it's important to get to the grocery store, restaurants and other options. It is 1 block from the beach and 2 blocks from the shopping center. It has a nice pool and is well equipped with everything you might need.

Worst vacation property ever!!!

Worst vacation experience ever!! Property run down and dirty. Toilet broke for 3 days. Refrigerator broke for 2 days. Pool area looked like an abandoned building. Stayed for 4 weeks and pool was not cleaned for the first 3 weeks. Pool filter system did not work for 3 weeks. On line pictures of property greatly misrepresented. Complained to VRBO and requested to be compensated for days w/o toilet and refrigerator. Property manager said no. I suggest VRBO check out properties they represent before taking them on as a client. Rate this property as a minus 10. Very unhappy with our experience.

Family Vacation - Problems

It was ok. Only had one key for unit . Window in bedroom with twin beds was broken, host was told and nothing was done. Frig at outside grill was nasty. Unit needs a little updating. Overall it was good for the price.

Perfect getaway!

We loved our stay! Perfect family getaway, steps from the beach. Plenty of space for all of us, loved having the pool right out our door, everything we could have needed was in the kitchen. Close to shops and grocery. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful, clean, safe, marvelous location!

We spent 6 nights at The Marlin & it was wonderful! The location can't be beat! Steps to the beach! Quiet, safe neighborhood & a clean, warm pool with plenty of patio seating, beach chairs, outdoor shower & floats for the kids. We enjoyed the convenient walk to Publix, CVS, plenty of souvenir shops, ice cream & Chinese one night. We ventured about 10 min south for mini golf & felt even happier at the location we had! We also visited South Florida Museum in Bradenton to see the manatee rescue, but mostly it was a beach, pool, sunshine break! Thank you Cheri for sharing your property so that others can enjoy just a piece of this paradise!

Great location!!

We enjoyed our stay at The Marlin. It was super close to the beach, Publix and CVS. The place could use a few updates, but it's very clean and decorated nicely. Loved having a washer/dryer. We loved the neighbors, very friendly!!

Quiet Retreat

The location was very good only a short walk to the ocean. And if you wanted there was cafe on the beach within walking distance which was nice for breakfast or lunch. Although the pool was clean and very nice the weather just wasn't warm enough to swim as we were there the last week in January. The kitchen had everything you would need for cooking there were even paper towels.coffee,and some spices that were probably left by previous vacationers. There were plenty of towels and wash cloths, and extra blankets for the beds if needed. We are thinking of renting the three bedroom next year and bringing along some friends. Dave DeFrank

Wonderful stay!

It was a wonderful stay on Anna Maria Island. The property is close to the beach and very near to the next publix. The furnishing and equipment are very lovely, the pool is great and the garden and grill area revery nice. An awesome stay for the hole family!! We like to come back.

Perfect!

The house was perfect, very clean and the property was well kept. The sunsets are amazing! The short walk down the quite road to the beach made it feel like you were on the beach front. The pool and grill area was huge compared to other properties. We love Anna Marie Island and will be back with the rest of the family. Thank you Cheri for the wonderful job you do.

Wonderful apartment in a fantastic location

This is the second time I've stayed at the Marlin and I can't wait to go back. The apartment is spacious, bright, and immaculate. It is exceptionally well-stocked if you plan to cook. It's attractively decorated and less than a minute's walk to the beach. I had a car but it's a short walk to a very good grocery store and a number of good restaurants. The pool area is nice although it was too cool to swim while I was there. Even at regular prices it's a bargain for what you get, but I benefitted from a special rate that made the rental a steal. Cheri, the manager, is very helpful and easy to work with. I love the Marlin. I can't recommend it highly enough.

When I moved to the island I fell in love with the small town feel. I thought that other people would also enjoy getting to experience the tight knit community. So I set out to design the Marlin to accommodate family reunions or quick getaways. It makes me smile to be able to let someone else enjoy our island paradise. I hope that everyone that stays here will enjoy our island as much as I do and that it will be a yearly stop for many!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

THE BEACH! a few steps and you are there! Then come back up for lunch, shower off in the outdoor shower and be back on the beach in no time at all. In the evenings, grill on the outdoor gas grill or sit and enjoy the night sea air and of course, most importantly don't miss a moment of the sunset. Less exciting but equally important is the Marlin offers free long distance calling, internet, cable TV, washer and dryer and a large parking area that can accommodate a boat and trailer.
