Spacious Duplex in Peaceful & Convenient Location

Everything you need for a cozy stay will be there! Including a full kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, a luxury queen mattress, 400 mbps WiFi, 60” TV, and a desk with a computer monitor. Obviously a coffee maker too, because coffee. :)

There is one person living in the upper unit who is up around 7 am and quiets down around 10 pm, so best to have someone who keeps similar hours or is thoughtful when stirring early and late.

The space:
The unit is the basement level of a 2 story condo. The patio walk-out has key pad entry that will be your private entrance.

The bedroom is one large room with two connected spaces. The main space has a luxury queen mattress, desk with computer monitor, and a double wide closet with a dresser. The secondary space has a full bed and single size closet.

The living room has a full size pull out bed.

This entrance faces the neighboring unit so it’s important to be noise considerate of the neighbor.

There is about 20 ft of flat grass to walk on to get to the entrance and it can get slippery when snowy. I don’t recommend this stay for those who are worried by this!

Free street parking is available and there are several free visitor parking areas available that you can park in as well.

- A fully stocked kitchen
- In unit washer and dryer with plenty of hanging space
- There isn’t a thermostat to control temperature from the unit, it is controlled upstairs, but just message anytime you need it adjusted!

In the bedroom:
- Bedside lamps with USB charging ports
- Desk with external display monitor and wireless phone charging lamp
- A LOT of closet space and large dresser
