The living space will draw you in with its abundant light, colorful touches of sand and sea, and natural fabrics and textures. With space for 14, this stylish home is ideal for families traveling together. The main level will beckon you with its bright, pristine kitchen, dining area and breakfast bar, pool table, and inviting living room hues. Doors from the living room lead out to a porch with a combination gas/charcoal grill where you can cook out and enjoy the Florida sunshine.

On the main floor you'll find a bedroom with a king-sized bed and a detached full bathroom. Here you also have access to the garage, which houses our 4-seater electric golf cart.

On the 2nd floor are three bedrooms each with queen sized beds and a full shared bathroom. For the little travelers, we have two sets of twin bunk beds in the hallway/loft area that is the perfect sleeping arrangement. We have also left some books, games, and toys to keep them entertained while you sit back & relax. Last but not least is the chic, comfortable and spacious master king suite, complete with a reading nook and a beautiful en-suite bath that includes both a walk-in shower and large tub for your post-beach day relaxation. The master bedroom has an expansive walk-in closet, where you could even tuck away our pack n' play for a dark, quiet sleeping spot for infants.

You will love spending time outdoors with the amenities that the Windmark Beach community has to offer! For the beachgoers – The Cozy Clam is about a half mile to the beach at St. Joseph's Bay. Take a leisurely stroll or bike ride down the BeachWalk boardwalk, which runs parallel to the bay. OR drive our 4-seater golf cart (additional charge) for a short ride down to the town center to enjoy a meal at The View on Old 98, or grab some pizza to eat on the beach at Bruno's Pizza! The Town Center has a variety of stores from paddleboard rentals and a fitness center to an aesthetic boutique, grocery market, and craft cocktail bar! You will LOVE the Village Center Club, which features a beautiful zero-entry pool. When not swimming, the large lawn area and playground adjacent to the pool deck will keep children entertained. Throughout the year, various events are held on the Village Green, from outdoor music performances to outdoor family movies.

-To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. We recommend you bring your own spices, condiments, sunscreen, coffee pods/ground coffee, coffee filters, bug spray etc. or make your trip to the store after checking in to get anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

-Golf cart on property is FREE for your use. We will require driver's license, proof of insurance and a Golf Cart Liability form to be filled out prior to arrival. Please let us know if you would like to use the golf cart.

-This property is dog friendly. A non-refundable pet fee of $180+TAX will be charged. Please note that additional fees may apply if we find any damage, excessive pet hair, stains, or waste (inside or outside) upon checkout.

- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation.

-No Smoking/Vaping Allowed. To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all surrounding areas, including balconies and patios. If any evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fee will be assessed to cover the necessary cleaning and deodorization costs.

Additionally, the guide features area attractions, local recommendations, and amenities to help you make the most of your stay.
