The soft white sand of Indian Shores is calling your entire family. Yes, your entire family can comfortably stay in this large 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom third floor unit overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
You will feel like you are in a five star resort at the Sand Castle where the interior is as impressive as the amenities.

The master suite is the perfect oasis with a king size bed, private waterfront balcony and ensuite bathroom. Two queen size beds in bedroom 2 offer every member of your party an amazing night`s sleep. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen on the bottom and a twinXL on top. But you won`t want to sleep too much on this vacation. Start your mornings with breakfast from the chef`s kitchen. Then spend your days sitting on the beach, napping by the heated swimming pool, relaxing in the jacuzzi, bbqing on the charcoal and gas grills, or heading to all the great local restaurants, stores and activities. In the evening unwind on the balcony and get your cameras ready for some of the most spectacular sunsets in Florida. You can move the party indoors for movie and game nights in the oversized family and dining rooms. This is a true vacation with a washer and dryer in the unit so you can pack lighter and return with all clean clothes.

Beach stay

The property was clean and well appointed. It is truly beach front with a third floor view of the ocean from the balcony. Very comfortable furniture and beds.

Saved vaca

Dan at Happy Place saved our vaca. We were cancelled from another place on Sunday before our trip. Dan got back to me quickly and we were able to book and enjoy our vaca. Dan always got back to us quickly to answer questions and the unit was perfectly situated and clean!

Condo was fantastic! Exactly as pictured. Beds were super comfortable with lots of pillows. Tons of towels to use. Washer and dryer has been updated since pictures were taken and so has patio furniture. Check in was SO easy... code given for the door, and you can just head right to your room. View from patio is amazing. Highly recommended!

Great location!

We loved the location and proximity to the beach, pool and how close all the necessities were. The kitchen size was great. However, the skillets need to be replaced due to scratches and all have lost their non-stick surface. The living room furniture and beds were very comfortable. The hall bath needs a new soap holder in shower and the toilet paper holder was loose with the drywall getting crumbly. The bathtub could use replacing. The patio and furniture were great as well as having a washer/dryer in the unit. We visited family in Sandcastle II who had a similar unit and the finishes were nicer. I think some additional TLC and attention to detail in certain areas would elevate the unit.

Great location!

We liked this 3rd-level unit better than any other level for being able to watch the sunsets or see our other family members on the beach or in the pool! It was so great that we could access either a pool or the beach within just a few steps! And we could walk to shops or restaurants as well. The patio was great to enjoy breakfast, put on sunscreen, or take sunset pics! The patio closet had chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, etc. Plenty of towels. Neighbors were quiet. Plenty of dishes and cutlery. Plenty of hot water. Air conditioning worked great. Parking spot was covered. So many great things!

Family vacation fun

My wife and I shared the unit with my son and daughter-in law and their 3 young boys. Dan was very responsive to questions prior to our arrival and had a nice high chair and pack/play available for use with our youngest grandchild. Everything was clean and ready to go on our arrival. Check in was handled by email with Dan in advance of our arrival. We were looking for a comfortable relaxing condo with immediate access to a pool and the beach and the unit fit the need wonderfully. The unit had an eating area large enough to handle our group comfortably. The bedrooms were not overly large, but the two older boys enjoyed the room with the bunk beds, and my son and daughter-in law spread out in the room with two queen bed and still had room for the infant's pack and play. The pool was warm and large enough to play with the kids without disturbing other guests, and the beach was large and uncrowded. The only negative impression was that the exterior of the condo building is older and worn and in need of a sprucing up. However, the pool, beach access and condo grounds were well maintained. This area of the coast had ready access to restaurants and shops. Caddy's was literally across the street and other restaurants and shops were within a mile and a half in either direction. Overall, the property was as advertised, and made for a memorable vacation that exceeded our expectations.
