Brien was an excellent host. He provided clear instructions and was very responsive when I texted him with questions. The house was lovely, exactly as shown in the photos, and very clean and well maintained.

Great home and host

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The pool and outdoor area was perfect. Brien was a wonderful host and answered a question I had right away. Check in and out was super easy. I highly recommend!

Amazing Place

A perfect vacation

We loved this home and hope to stay here again. It has fabulous indoor spaces and an amazing pool and yard. We especially loved the outdoor dining area and all the different sitting areas for coffee and conversation. It is also in a beautiful neighborhood for walks and enjoying PS architecture. We found it to be an easy walk downtown. Highly recommended.

Loved our stay!

I booked this property for my bday weekend with my friends. Brien was an amazing host, easy to communicate with, and very kind and accommodating. The house, front and backyards were beautiful and the home is located in a very nice and safe neighborhood. We loved taking my dog for evening walks. The yards were also very secure for my fur child. Would definitely love to book this property again! Thank you for everything Brien!!

Highly Recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! It was clean, spacious and stylish. It has everything you need, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and extra bedding. The pool and backyard is the perfect place to relax. Brien, our host, was helpful and always quick to respond! Check in was also a breeze. We didn't have a single complaint.... Highly Recommend!

Amazing Thanksgiving holiday stay

Our two families had an amazing stay the week of Thanksgiving. The house was just as described, and the communication with the owner was stellar. We loved the mid-century design and furniture, and multiple tvs so that the teens could watch something in their rooms. The bag of Stumptown coffee was a nice touch! The neighborhood was great to walk in and close to downtown. I will note that the pool did not get very warm, but I attribute that to the cooler weather. Next time we'll not bother paying for heating in the cooler months. I hope to stay at Deepwell Palm Sage Estate again!

A magnificent taste of real Palm Springs

We spent 10 days at this property and it is absolutely better than the pictures. The house is in one of the most historic and nicest areas of Palm Springs. The moment you walk in you feel taken back to the mid century modern era. The decor is of the period with modern bathrooms and a well stocked kitchen. We travel frequently and this is without fail the nicest property we have ever experienced. It is close to everything and we actually talked with neighbors on our morning walks. Very friendly. This was the ultimate Palm Springs experience and Brien is great host. He really sweats the details in his property which also helped make it a great experience. He is the standard which all VRBO owners should strive for. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

5+++++ Stars!

This home is better than the photos! It's gorgeous inside and out! The house is sparkling clean! There were 8 of us and there was plenty of room. The kitchen is lovely & modern, and has everything you need for cooking (if that's what you want to do!). The beds are extremely comfortable. Each bathroom has high end shampoo, conditioner & body wash. There were a ton of pool towels and shower towels, and lots of paper towel & toilet paper (this is always appreciated!). The location is amazing! It's walking distance to downtown where there are a ton of shops, restaurants, and cafes! The pool was fantastic and super private! Brien is very easy to communicate with. I can't say enough about how great this property is!!! I highly recommend this home for a stay in Palm Springs! 5+++++ stars!

Beautiful home with a fully stocked kitchen. Every gadget you could imagine - including martini glasses and extra large ice cube molds. Brien was stellar with his communication prior to arrival, as well as once we arrived. We had a small glitch with the grill and he sent us detailed instructions, which were very helpful. I would rent this home again and would definitely recommend for others. We were a group of 5 and were very comfortable.

I am a Southern California native and always appreciated the beauty of Palm Springs - the landscape, the architecture and the relaxed pace of things.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Deepwell is lush with greenery and each home is unique - no tract homes. It also has little wind compared to places on the north side of town. Great walking neighborhood. Close to many attractions, including downtown PS and the best hiking trails. The airport is close by, only 1.6 miles, but the home is to close to the mountain to be in the flight path.

Amazing mountain views and relaxing outdoor spaces on all sides of the house. Its a home, not a full time vacation rental.
