Beautiful Gulf View

Property was just as advertised. Very clean and beautiful Gulf view from balcony. Well stocked kitchen and very comfortable for our 10-day stay. Only drawback was the elevator, but we were aware that it was out of service prior to booking. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Better than advertised!

What a pleasant surprise to arrive and have a property exceed expectations! Great property and great location. The staff was also very professional and responsive. We decided to extend our stay by one night and the office made it very easy to do.Recommend!

Great Beach Condo

Condo was great, had all we needed. A little dated, and the elevator wasn't working but we knew this ahead of time. The beach wasn't crowded, we saw dolphins and a manatee. Not a lot to walk to, Salt Rock Grill was our favorite. Visit Crabby Bills on Wednesdays for all you can eat crab! Overall a great time!

Great unit

Love this condo complex. Another beautiful, clean unit we’ve stayed in! Would prefer a code lock for the room instead of picking up keys from rental place to keep up with.. but it’s not far from the unit so not too bad.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have stayed at the Chateaux for a week for many years and have always loved the accommodations. However this year the elevator was out and we were staying on the 4th Floor. This clearly affected our stay and changed our normal routine. As I have had numerous knee surgeries, it was clearly difficult to deal with all the stairs multiple times a day. While I appreciated the discount for the inconvenience, it was still difficult. I did love #405 and have stayed in that particular condo at least 5 times. Have many great memories staying there . Hopefully all will be well again when the elevator is fixed

We have been coming to FL for a number of years and have stayed in numerous other VRBO/Air BNB. We have a few complaints regarding Chateaux 405 which left us less that fully satisfied. We were perplexed at the lack of bathroom supplies (we had to buy our own toilet paper, there were two (2) small bars of soap and was no shampoo). There was also dishwashing soap. Never had we had to buy these amenities. Typically the place would have books and puzzles - there were only a few books and the puzzles that were there were missing many pieces. The other complaint was the lack of beach chairs. There was one lawn chair type beach chair and a couple of low sitting chairs. Our thought was that for a few thousand dollars investment, it would have made a big diffence. We stay in Chateaux 403 last year and it had all those little things and made a big difference. One other thing, we received a welcome bag last year in our stay (from Florida Lifestyle Vacation Rentals) - we did NOT receive one this year. Overall our experience this year in 405 was definitely less than it was last year in 403.

Wished the bed was a king instead of queen, thought if beach towels were supplied it would have been more welcoming. Finding water leak under bathroom vanity our last day there left us with wet towels and toilet paper the morning of of departure at 6 a.m. to catch flight from TIA airport. Dusty blinds and a/c vents , chipped concrete on patio floor put red flags in our stay with toddlers and our own dislikes of what we had expected to be better.

Fortunately we only live about two hours away and returned Thursday to find everything in great shape. Lifestyle Vac.Rentals did a great job of keeping us informed throughout the process. Overall we had a very pleasant stay. You can't beat the view and closeness to the ⛱️ beach.

The condo was clean, had everything we needed, air conditioner worked great and beds were comfortable. The drain in the tub was a little clogged so the water drained a little slow. The swimming pool water temperature was a little too cold. We enjoyed the condo patio view. We appreciated the security access to the pool and beach access (with a required code). We would stay there again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit itself and the complex are excellent!!! We've stayed at this complex twice, both times was with Florida Lifestyle. And unfortunately, both times we were disappointed in how clean the units were. This last time was really poor. We made a 2nd trip to the store just to buy cleaning supplies. If the supplies left in the unit are what the cleaners use, then that explains why it was not cleaned properly. Very old dirt...not just dirt that was missed from the last cleaning. Dirt that's been missed for years. We had friends visit and couldn't let them sleep on the sofa bed because under the cushions was awful!!! We had to share our own bedroom which was less than ideal.

We had one of the best beach vacations we've ever had! The beach was not crowded at all. The view was amazing. The water was absolutely beautiful! The condo had everything we needed, was welcoming and clean. We will definitely be back!!

Great Week

We had a great time ! Check in was easy and quick. The beach is soft white sand and right outside the building. You can rent some cabanas, but. not umbrellas. The condo had some umbrellas. It they are a little flimsy and not very big. They provided some good chairs though. Our condo was much bigger than I thought from the pics. And, I loved the dining room table for our puzzles. The bedroom had a double and a queen bed and a large walk in closet with hangers. The beds were very comfortable. Great place to relax and just sit on the ocean front balcony and watch the waves and the sunsets.
