Wonderful views!

Beautiful views! Balcony furniture would be better if it were a tall set so that you could see the view better over the rail. A few hiccups, but it was made right by the agency. Would stay again!

Stay was awesome. My only complaints are the outlets are in desperate need of being replaced. They are so loose when you plug something in it falls out. It had a funny smell , but you get used to it.

Nice condo on the beach. Very clean, comfy beds. Everything you need for a weeks stay. Quiet beach. Easy access. Nice pool. Beachfront balcony to sit in the evenings and watch the sunset. Just wished the elevator worked all the time.

Betrayed

Condo was outdated, poor mattresses, broken beach chairs, rusty sliding patio door, walls dirty, bedroom window needs curtain to block lights at night, floors dirty (mopped on day 2). Elevator not working and not communicated. Amenities on VRBO said elevator so it is presumed it works!! Thus we had to carry luggage and groceries up / down and this was very challenging. Then every day walking up/down. If known, we would have the choice to come or cancel. Will never stay at this CONDO unit; We have stayed at others many times and never found them to be in this condition.

Sister trip

Due to back to back hurricanes, some of building isdamaged. Sliding door doesnt like to open. Shades in bedroom need updating. Mattress very soft. But other then that it was very nice clean unit.

Enjoyed!

This is a nice clean condo. Bathroom and beach chairs could use upgrades but overall it was great. Clean, good location, pool is open, elevator not working but we knew that. Entire area is under construction but still a nice place to visit. Salt Rock Grill is amazing restaurant within walking distance. We didn’t cook much but kitchen seemed well stocked. Wish we didn’t need to check in at rental Agency, but it was quick and just a bit out of way.

Went for a couple of days to relax on beach. Beach was nice, condo was clean. Overall a nice trip and area.

Indian shores

We enjoyed our unit. Unfortunately, we did not know the elevator was out until we got there. We booked our stay the day the elevator went out. It was difficult for me going up and down the stairs due to my Rheumatoid Arthritis. Other than that we were very happy.

Great for our stay

This property is right in the heart of Indian shores. Beautiful beach views with a huge balcony, clean condo, good-sized pool, easy beach access, plenty of room for a family of 4. TRS was very helpful for the entire check in process. VRBO listing did not mention that the elevator is down at this property, but TRS let me know as soon as we called to book that it was down. We were on the 2nd floor, so the stair climb wasn’t terrible. We loved the Chateaux and its location! 100/10 recommend and we will be coming back!

Million dollar ocean view

Amazing view, large patio, easy beach access and pool. Kind of a bummer that elevator was still out. * Highly recommend adding a throw rug or four. Absolutely no rugs. Need a mat/rug by doors, in kitchen, in bath, and next to beds. Floors not as clean as they could have been. But all in all a good value for the price and a nice quiet building.

Family Vacation

We enjoy our stay at think location, access to the beach was awesome, beautiful view, and pool was also enjoyable. Only thing is, the condo itself needed alot of upgrades, sofa bed in the living room was in poor shape, furniture in bedroom was outdated, mattresses in bedroom were ok. On the list of instructions to checkout, it clearly states we are to replace garbage bags upon leaving and not leave any garbage behind which we did all that except the condo ,unit had no garbage bags to replace 😒, luckily we happen to have one in our luggage carry on from the last vacation. So our overall stay was nice except for the inconveniences I mentioned.

Indian Shores

We enjoyed our stay a lot and it was the perfect location for what my family needed. Our one complaint was that we struggled with the key in the door and it was very finicky -- 1 did seem to work better than the others. We eventually figured out the trick but it was very frustrating to have to deal with when our hands were full coming up from the beach. It would have been nice to have a keypad lock instead.

Kitchen best part of unit

Living room sofa is very uncomfortable and noisy. Beds are uncomfortable and squeaky. Electrical outlets will not hold plugs they need to be replaced. Keys need to be updated to code entry as it is inconvenient to take keys back to rental office when you need to be traveling north Rental office was very good about letting us check in early tho. That was great part.
