Ingrese y descubrirá un condominio espacioso y bien decorado que hace que los huéspedes regresen año tras año. AC must be older because there is a sign stating not to turn it below 72゚. Our unit was clean but our neighbors were complaining about big bugs. A lot of older people stay at this resort which offers quiet time but can also offer some complaining from the longer term residents.

The only downfall was the corner sofa is really uncomfortable, needs to be replaced- but then again you are not in your room that much. otherwise, it is just beautiful. Nice place to stay!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the condo was great. Located right across from John’s Pass was nice for a quick walk to some resturants and shops. You can’t beat the nice white sands and great beaches right outside your door. Condo was adequate with nice decor. Here is the 10% bad stuff: Kitchen essentials were poor. Plates cups silverware pots and pans appeared to come from a thrift shop. Nothing came close to matching. Pans were the lowest grade non stick which was all scratched up and peeling. Several lights were out in kitchen, fridge and recessed lighting over counter all ended up out. Ceiling light bulb in kitchen was flickering on and off so I removed the dome and tightened it but still had bad connection and failed a couple days later again. Cable was connected to light switches so by mistake hitting the switch which causes the cable to go out and takes 30 minutes or longer to reset. Big pain in the a$$. Bedding was also very thrift shop ish..... I don’t know if it’s possible to find a lower thread count for the sheets. Felt like you sleeping with burlap sac material.Overall not a bad place to go. If there was a little more spent on these details it would have been a more pleasant experience.

Disappointed!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family rents 8 condos for multiple years now at the same time of year! We are able to re-book our stay in the same room for the following year during our stay because that’s how you’ve done it for years (you’re first in line consistently if you choose to re-book same room during same dates) well that didn’t happen this year for my cousins they booked the room for the following year during their stay before they even checked out!! 2nd the new maintenance man thinks he’s a police officer rather than a maintenance man who keeps the place clean! Threatened to kick me out of the pool if I wore sunblock!!! Asked what my shower routine was!! The Pool was GREEN!!!!!!!!!!!!! Decided it was a great time to paint three of the 5 tables available to the whole place! His actions lack there of were and his horrible attitude towards paying customers was disgusting! It was a **** show honesty going between the old management company Sunhost who only was in charge of my room now, then dealing with TRS who had some rooms and was now responsible for the building maintenance. But maintenance doesn’t mean keeping the pool clean!!!!! We leave that to a pool company that isn’t available only on its scheduled days. It gets better after the hurricane the maintenance man refused to turn the heater back on to the pool so it was freezing for the rest of my stay to the point my children wouldn’t even get in! The cold pool even went on into the next week for my Aunt who stays an extra week after our who family leaves. I understand things change and companies buy out companies but this was my worst stay to date and it had NOTHING to do with the mandate evacuation for the hurricane!!!! We did re-book for next year to give it one more shot and pray things go back to normal and these companies actually care about their paying customers who have consistently returned for 10 years plus!

We watched dolphins play in the morning and spent the day enjoying the beach only a few steps from our front door. The entire property was exceptionally clean and the staff was helpful and very friendly! Just cross the street for great food, drinks and plenty of shopping!!! We can't wait to go back!

You honestly can’t stay any closer to the beach! One of the cleaniest condos we’ve ever stayed in. I’d rate this a 10 out of 10 for sure! This was our second time staying at Surf Song and will not be our last! They make you feel right at home. Doesn’t get any better than that!
