Disfrute del plano de planta abierto, con lujosos asientos de cuero en la sala de estar y televisor de pantalla plana. La cocina completa actualizada tiene gabinetes nuevos, y encimeras, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y asientos en la barra. El dormitorio principal, con una cama king size, es amplio y espacioso. El segundo dormitorio cuenta con 2 camas individuales que proporcionan comodidad y relajación. Ambas habitaciones tienen televisores. Todas las necesidades se satisfacen aquí para unas vacaciones maravillosas! La cocina está completamente equipada con utensilios y ropa de cama limpia, almohadas adicionales, un montón de toallas y servicio de limpieza semanal.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at this location many times before, all in different units. The location is perfect, access to the beach/pool is amazing, which is why I continue to stay here. The condo itself could use updating and a deep cleaning. The hot water did not work in one of the bathrooms, the floors were not clean, the bathroom had wooden trim work that was disintegrating, the quilt on the bed was not clean upon arrival, just as a few examples.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Surf Song has an amazing location; walking stance to bars,restaurants, beach, pool, and shopping. Our family has stayed at different SunHost properties for the last 10 years (Beach Place, Crimson, and Surf Song) Surf Song is the most dated of them, although #230 owners have updated some of the furniture and flooring to make it better. We tend to like a beach view from the balcony, this condo does not have a balcony or view of the ocean. We also prefer a soft bed and these (all 3) are hard as a rock. Overall, the location and the price of this condo can't be beat! For our short little trip to Mad Beach it was a great stay!

Great Location and Great Pool

We arrived in town early and were allowed to access our unit at noon. Dawn was kind and courteous and contacted us promptly to get us access to our rental. Dawn was awesome. The unit was clean , stocked with the usual amenities and roomy. We loved the pool! A saline pool so no strong chlorine smell and it’s 8 /2 feet deep! Spotless clean. Loved it!.

Ups and downs

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Surf Song and have been coming for over 20 years, however our stay this year had some ups and downs. The room was ready before check in time which is great, unfortunately it was not cleaned properly. There were long hairs in both bathrooms, the backsplash throughout the kitchen had a brown sticky substance splattered on it, dirty dishes and coffee grounds in the cabinet and the dish strainer was extremely dirty. I had to do some cleaning before I was able to unpack or put my groceries away. The customer service in the office was not the best, there was never a friendly greeting when you walked in, I almost felt like I was disturbing them when I came in with concerns and questions. They also seemed more concerned about the condo owner having to pay for a requested item than helping the customer. I had a question regarding dates of future stays and asked to have someone call me about this and I never received a call. Hopefully this year was just a fluke...we love Surf Song and Sunhost. On the positive side, the 2 maintenance gentlemen who tried to fix the ice maker and ultimately replaced it were great..very friendly and helpful, also the gentleman working on the grounds was awesome. The air conditioner went out and they were there 1st thing in the morning to get it fixed and had it working before the day was over.

Great location, beautiful Gulf views from property

Location was perfect for our family vacation. Right across the street from shops and restaurants. Bus/trolley runs all along beach road in front of property, with lots of options for food and grocery store within 2 miles, so we opted to not get a rental car. The condo was as described and it was clean. Some of the doors in the unit needed repairs (master bedroom door was split and master bath door knob was installed poorly), but they functioned and the locks worked. The unit had plenty of the basics- toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. Knives in the kitchen were very dull, but it didn't impact our ability to prepare meals overall. We loved the pool and the direct access to the beach. We would absolutely stay here again!

Clean and appears as pictured, however, underlining things questionable

Living room TV did not work the whole time we were there & no repair was made, lamps need better bulbs (3way), light over sink out. No lock on bathroom door near living room. Second bedroom door does not latch, master bedroom door cracked on latch side needs to be replaced, closet in master bedroom can not be opened easily-it is stuck. Both bathroom sinks drain very slow. Master bathroom hot & cold handles in shower are black with what looks like mold. There should be Directions to operation TV controls and maybe show what channels guest has access to. Leave information about schedule for transportation, ie: bus, trolley, or other transportation. We flew in to Tampa and did not have our own transportation. We used an airport service. We Did not know where or how we could get groceries.

Spring break 2021

The mattress in both rooms are hard as rocks, so be prepared for a backache every morning. No extras like beach toys and chairs, no extra pillows or blankets either.

Reviewer Comments: Initially we thought the place seemed old and run-down, but were pleasantly surprised at how CLEAN the room was. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was fully functional. If you want a cheap place to stay on the beach, this is it. However my wife and I will to be returning for a few reasons: It's very dark (nothing like the photo), there's no table so you have to east at the bar on rickety bar stools. The staff was friendly, but would not give us an extra hour to check out (late checkout). If you have kids using the pool, they will be hassled by the "regulars" and owners. The pool area is nice and the pool is heated.

Good value, we'd stay in this unit again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is so close to the pool, but just far enough away to not hear all the hustle and bustle. It's in the walkway directly near the door for the interior units, which sit over the parking garage. I was a little concerned that the interior door might be loud with people coming and going, but it never was an issue. The beds were comfortable. The master has a memory foam mattress which was nice. The two twin beds were more firm but still comfortable. We stayed here the last week in September, so as always, it was definitely more quiet then peak season and the weather was in the mid 80's to upper 70's. The pool felt warmer on the cooler days, so I assume it's heated this time of year, but if it wasn't it was still nice to be able to choose between the pool and the beach. Thank you and would recommend.
