Vacation amongst the trees, only steps from the beach. Hoisted amongst twisted live oaks Treetops 30A embraces the natural beauty of the Emerald Coast. Ideally located on Hwy 30a , this property is one of the highest coastal elevations in the Emerald coast, offering 180 degree views of the coast from the 4th story observation deck.
Enjoy the main living area , fireplace and well equipped kitchen on the main level, where 2 bedrooms and 2 baths are located. Then head upstairs to the amazing and private studio suite. With a queen bed and king bunk this space is large enough for a small family to stay. Be entertained in the separate living area with 65" screen, enjoy a cocktail at the kitchenette and relax in the private bathroom . This sunsoaked top level quickly transforms to a private oasis with the click of a button thanks to the automated shades. Outside of the studio you can enjoy pocket gulf views from the hanging bed/ private deck.
One more level up is an observation deck that boasts ocean views of 30A all the way to Miramar beach.
This home is perfectly situated within walking distance to 3 beach accesses, including secret "sneaky " beach access which is a locals favorite and never crowded. Walk a few lots down to famous restaurant "Stinky's" or jump into the 6 seater golf cart (included) and enjoy multiple restaurants and shopping at Gulf Place, which is only 1.8 miles down the road. The entirety of 30A is your oyster with our street legal golf cart.
The outdoor living is a true gem with over 1800 sq feet of decking. A green egg for grilling and propane firepit for moonsoaked relaxation

My wife Brit and I are locals on 30a, along with our pup, Remi. My wife owns a glassblowing studio off 30a, and I am a local realtor. In our spare time we enjoy paddleboarding , cooking , and making craft cocktails. We love to travel and have stayed in vacation rentals all over the world. As hosts we are thrilled to offer our guests the type of experience that we would love to have when on vacation.

This neighborhood is on the quiet side of 30 a. It still has the sleepytown vibe, but is perfectly situated 1/2 way between miramar beach, and the busier spots on 30a. There are many restaurants and shopping nearby but its far enough to escape the crowds
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
We fell in love with the property and trees at treetops. The live oaks on the property are old growth, and dreamy, their canopies tower over you and provide a perfect screen from the top level that makes you feel like you are in your own wold, while enjoying views of the coast from miramar to panama city .
