Welcome to Vic West Gem, a light and art filled modern condominium in the prestigious Encore Building. This 1150 sq foot immaculate two bedroom condo boasts views of the Victoria Harbour, ocean, Fisherman's Wharf and snowcapped mountains of the Olympic Peninsula. Watch the ferries and seaplanes arrive and depart from your living room and private balcony.
Fully equipped with brand new furniture and appliances, the condo has luxury finishes throughout, including two spa inspired bathrooms with heated floors, a sleek contemporary kitchen with quartz countertops, two brand new top of the line smart TV's, a spacious master bedroom suite, and a built-in office desk area. The unit also comes with two underground secured parking places, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a washer/dryer located in the pantry.
The Encore Building has a fully equipped modern gym and outdoor heated seasonal lap pool, complete with cabanas and outdoor BBQ. There is a private lounge for residents and guests.
Within five minutes' walk to the beautiful Westsong Walkway, a 4-kilometer paved waterfront walkway that will also take you to two excellent nearby restaurants, the Boom & Batten and Spinnakers Brewpub (open all day).
For cyclists, a short 5-minute ride takes you to the trailhead of the famous Galloping Goose Trail, that also connects to the Lochside Regional Trail (a total of 88 kilometers of scenic riding).
For guests who prefer to travel by boat, Victoria's Harbour Ferry operates a fleet of “pickle boats” that regularly criss-cross the harbour with various stops including at the Empress Hotel, Old Town, China Town, and Fisherman's Wharf. Access to the Pickle Boats is a short 5-minute walk from the Encore Building to the Songhees Ferry Stop. Alternatively, a 15-minute stroll across the famous Johnson Bridge (the blue bridge) takes you directly to downtown Victoria, with an abundance of restaurants and year-round attractions.

The ENCORE Building offers bicycle storage, operating on a first come first serve basis. This means that there is no guarantee that a spot will be available in the bicycle storage to store your bicycle upon your arrival. Therefore, if you plan to bring your bicycle(s) along, please reach out to Victoria Prime to discuss before booking.
An alternative is to rent bicycles while you are here. Many of the bicycle rental companies in Victoria will allow them to be stored at their premises at the end of each day, even if you rent for a week or longer.

In dealing with this situation there are several new buildings being constructed in the downtown core, and elsewhere. We recognize that there could be some daytime noise but are confident that it will not interfere with your time in beautiful Victoria.
