Open concept home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master is on one side of the house and the other two are located on the other, allowing privacy. This beautiful home is on a wide canal with a heated pool and fishing dock. The lanai offers shade as well as plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. There is also a 2 car garage and a full-size washer and dryer, located in the garage.

The home was in a nice and quiet neighborhood, with a beautiful outdoor area for a dip in the pool and a glass of wine. The home was well stocked, clean and very relaxing. The host was welcoming and responsive to any questions. Would highly recommend and will stay there for the next trip.

Great place to stay, pool was awesome for kids, sunsets on the cancel were out of this world, great location for us to access boca grande, we will book again when we come back to this area!

The host is super responsive and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this booking. The pool and skies after the sunset are beautiful to watch through the lanai. Really well stocked rental with plenty of everything! I stayed with my husband and 4 kids, it was perfect.

Lovely Winter Stay

The property is better than described with a beautiful lanai and pool. We also enjoyed fishing off of the dock. The house is nicely laid out and provides both group gatherings and privacy if desired. The house is very well stocked with necessities. Both the owner and property manager are very responsive to your needs/requests.We highly recommend this property to any potential renters.

We had a wonderful time during our stay at this house! It met all our expectations, was conveniently located to stores and restaurants and for visiting family in Punta Gorda. Our family loved the pool and the view of the canal! The host was very responsive with any questions.

Wonderful place

This property is exactly as it is advertised. The kitchen has every imaginable small appliance. Plenty of linens. The pool is just perfect.

Great stay, amazing host and beautiful and comfortable home

Just walking in the view is amazing! House was spotless and had every amenity anyone can think of. Fully stocked kitchen with lots of pots, pans, etc, Big house with big closets and so many storage available to put our thing away. Susan was wonderful to work with and she answered my messages super fast. The best part are the dolphins in the afternoon by the dock where you can sit and watch them. It was a dream of a vacation!

Beautiful oasis

The house is beautiful. It has a big pool. A lake with dock behind the house that had a great view and we actually saw a dolphin. The neighborhood was very quiet which was what we needed. There are lots of bunny’s in the area. The house was equipped with a gas stove/oven, microwave, washer/dryer, dish washer and outdoor grille. Plenty of seating indoor and outside. We had a wonderful time. Susan was very attentive and prompt to answer any questions.

WE UNANIMOUSLY AGREED THIS HOME WAS OUR FAVORITE

Our family truly enjoyed this location and home! The lanai and pool area was where my husband and I spent most of our time. The water view from it was spectacular. We saw picturesque sunrises. The neighborhood was quiet. The lights along the water’s edge made it a serene setting very late or very early. We enjoyed Manisota Beach which is a great place for searching for shark teeth. Because of last year’s hurricane, it’s the closest beach with the most parking. At this time there is a trolley to a closer beach with limited hours, but we chose earlier and later times than it offered. I don’t think I can add more than previous reviews but want to express that Sue is truly a great communicator and the hostess with the mostest!!!Thank you, Sue. We most definitely want to return!
