Tucked away off Edgartown/Vineyard Haven Road, this lovely vacation home is conveniently located and central to Edgartown Village and downtown Oak Bluffs.

The modern architecture and light-filled rooms create a bright and peaceful atmosphere for your Vineyard getaway. An oversized deck extends the living area and is perfect for enjoying outdoor dining, morning coffee and warm nights. The property is surrounded by beautiful greenery that creates a private and relaxing setting.

This unique home can comfortably accommodate families or groups up to nine. The air-conditioned main house features open living, dining and kitchen areas, three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. A detached bunk house with three twin beds (also air-conditioned) offers extra space for guests.

An ideal location for travelers who plan to bring their cars, bikes or take public transit. You’ll be within a 10 minute drive to Edgartown Village, Morning Glory Farm, State Beach, downtown Oak Bluffs and other popular spots. The Edgartown bike path and local bus stop are a short walk off of the property.

**Bed linens and towels are not provided but can be rented from Martha's Vineyard Linen & Rentals and delivered to the home.**

My family and I had a wonderful week staying at this house. The house itself was clean and comfortable and had a great yard that my toddler loved running around in. The location is also amazing, close to beaches and downtown Edgartown. Also very close to the grocery store which we found hugely helpful traveling with a young child. We will definitely be back!

BRING TOWELS AND SHEETS!!! Fabulous place, excellent location, perfect hideaway, highly recommend, will definitely come back! I did not read the full directions about bringing our own linens and towels, oops there is an option to rent them though. Other than that 10/10!! LOVE IT!!

Comfortable house, nice location

This home is clean and a well equipped kitchen. The location is great, very close to Edgartown but also an easy drive to Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven. Beds were comfortable. Highly recommend.

Island get away

We had a wonderful getaway. The communication with the owner was excellent and check in was a breeze. The home was very neat and clean and had everything needed for a wonderful stay. Will certainly look to stay here again next summer

Peaceful getaway

Wonderful stay at 5 Windsor on the Vineyard!

We had a really tough time getting into the lockbox to retrieve the keys and were unable to contact anyone for help but other than that, our stay was great. Lovely, clean, comfortable home. It was just as described on Vrbo.

Cheerful cottage centrally located.

Such a beautiful cottage that has everything you need. Very clean and so comfortable. The sitting was great inside and outside. We look forward to coming back and staying here again. Kate was so quick to answer any questions we had. The kitchen was so well stocked as well.

Lovely, clean well kept home

Kate was perfect in all of her communication and always timely. We had four adults and there were three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, well stocked kitchen and home. Very very clean and comfortable. You will not go wrong renting this home! Thank you so much, Kate for a wonderful vacation!!

Getaway

A group of my colleagues and their daughter’s booked this home for our annual getaway to the Vineyard. There were six of us and we were all very comfortable! The bunkhouse would have been perfect for additional sleeping arrangements if we had more guests. The location was perfect as we slpit our time equally between Oak Bluffs and Edgartown. Would definitely book another stay!

Perfect Get Away

5 Windsor provided the perfect backdrop to my family’s getaway to MV. We loved the location and easy access to beaches, hiking, shopping and restaurants. The home was clean and very well appointed for all of our needs. We were two adults and two teens. We stayed in the main house and did not use the bunk house on property, but it looked lovely. We would love to come back in the future.

Beautiful home in a central location

We had 9 stay for the long holiday weekend (4 nights). The kids LOVED the bunkhouse. It's bigger than the pictures would make it seem. With the bunkhouse, it fit 9 comfortably. The house is clean; well stocked kitchen; spacious bathrooms and big washer/dryer. Communication with Kate was very easy. Check in was a breeze. I would highly recommend staying at Kate's beautiful Edgartown house.

Practically Perfect MV rental!

We just returned from a wonderful week on MV. This house is great for family and friends. The home is well located between Oak Bluffs and Edgartown with easy access to beaches, shops and dining. The bedrooms are spacious and well appointed. Central air and having the finished bunk house for the kids were the icing on the cake. We’ll be back for sure. Thank you!!

This beautifully modern home exceeded our expectations in every way! From the moment we walked in, everything felt fresh, updated, and meticulously maintained. The sleek furniture and contemporary finishes gave the space a like-new feel that made our stay feel truly special.The kitchen was a dream – fully stocked with quality cookware and appliances that all worked flawlessly. High-speed internet, cable, and streaming services kept us connected when we wanted to be, while the efficient central AC and ceiling fans kept us comfortable during the warmer days.What really set this place apart was how thoughtfully equipped it was. The provided bikes and helmets opened up the whole area for us – we loved cycling into town, catching the local film festival at the high school, and biking to the Y for morning workouts. The location made it easy to explore the island by bus instead of needing a rental car.Every single detail worked perfectly, from the modern amenities to the spotless cleanliness. The hosts clearly take tremendous pride in maintaining this property. We'd absolutely book again without hesitation – this is exactly what a vacation rental should be!

Our happy place

Enjoyed the home. It’s modern and updated. I just must of missed that you have to walk through one of the bathrooms to enter/exit or get anything from the laundry room. Just an inconvenience/awkward setup. Additionally, as soon as we arrived, we noticed the upstairs sink needed to get snaked but that wasn’t done during our 2 week stay unfortunately. Just used drano but it didn’t solve the issue. We made do. Overall, super cute house and appreciate being able to care for this home during our stay!

Beautiful house and great location

My family and I stayed here for my mom’s surprise 70th bday getaway! It was absolutely perfect for us. They have everything we could possibly need! The beds were comfortable! The lanai is large and great for group meals. We would love to stay here again when we’re back on the island!
