Lincolnville Manor is an absolutely gorgeous house, renovated with the finest finishes, while maintaining the old world vibe of the Ancient City. Relax on your stunning screened in front porch , and enjoy the horse and carriages go by. Hang out in the backyard, barbecuing steaks, or making smores at the firepit. There is lots of space to enjoy the outdoor games we provide. Stroll to the downtown historic district,museums and all that St Augustine has to offer. Three parking spaces are provided for you on our property. The off street parking is located at the side of the house on Lovett Street. We also provide bicycles for you to use if you like. Walk to multiple restuarants, bars, wineries, museums, parks and other places of interest. The house is located a short 8 minute drive from the beach! We provide the beach towels! This historic house is the perfect mix of old world charm with all the latest upgrades. Just a beautiful home, waiting to host your group!

Charming historic home with thoughtful amenities like a gas grill with an extra gas tank, coffee and snacks to greet us. The kitchen was very well equipped if you want to stay in and cook. There were plenty of beds and the yard was great for pets thanks to the fenced in yard. The trolley passes right in front of the house. Susan, the owner, was very attentive and responsive.

Outstanding place to stay especially for a larger group or family. Beautifully appointed home, very comfortable, quiet, and a great location. It was pretty cool that a few of the trains and horse/buggies came by there but not so many that it created traffic issues. Beautiful. Wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommended. Host was awesome, I had a question about some lights and she responded immediately. Very helpful and made sure our stay was excellent. We had 4 couples ranging from mid 50’s to mid 70’s. It was a bit too far for us to walk to downtown area, and it was a bit too cold (48 deg). But it was very easy to drive into and out of and allowed us to avoid much of the heavy downtown traffic during nights of lights. The home really worked out well and was perfect for our needs. Short answer, yes we would most definitely stay there again!

Great stay! The communication was wonderful, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. The property is in a prime location — we were able to walk everywhere and really make the most of our trip. Highly recommend!

This historic house was comfortable and clean. The floors could pose a tripping hazard due to uneven levels between rooms. (We put chairs over the uneven areas to remind us.) We had trouble starting the dishwasher, but had very few dishes since we mostly ate out. The are several delicious options within walking distance. The location was good- close to the trolley stop and downtown. Overall, it couldn't have been any more perfect for our girls weekend out.

The kitchen was fine. The ice maker on the refrigerator was not working. rooms were clean. It was 8 men in their 70’s on a golf trip. We all enjoyed ourselves.

Very welcoming to pets. Shops and restaurants near. Grill worked great. Couldn't work the dishwasher properly, had to hand wash dishes (no problem).

St. Augustine 1st visit

We did a short 3 night stay..We enjoyed ourselves. The master bedroom was stellar! The kitchen and dinning rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean. Checkin and out were a breeze! Communications with the owner was perfect and prompt!

House was beautiful and so clean!! Check in and out was a breeze. We were a group of 6 adults and had plenty of space to spread out. Loved having 3 full baths. This charming house in the historic district of Saint Augustine is fantastic. An old town charming look outside with the latest comforts inside. We stayed there the weekend of November 15-17 2024. Two families (8 people) and a dog. Very clean and spacious. Susan the host made sure to furnish it with all the comforts of home down to the varieties of coffees. Susan was also easy going and very accommodating. We really loved this place a very quite neighborhood and nice to walk around. You save a lot on parking fees in downtown historic district because you can leave your cars on the property, is an easy 8 to 10 minutes walk from this house and on the way becomes a nice sightseeing as you walk right by the Flagler College, the cathedral and other historic areas. We walked during the day and also at night, it was a very easy and enjoyable walk.The inside of the house is very well kept and has room for 8 to 10 people comfortably. If you decide to go to Saint Augustine I recommend you check this place out, its near everything. We really enjoyed it and would stay there again next time we are in town.

Awesome spot!

Very cute house in location that’s easily walkable to the historic downtown st Augustine (about 1 mile). Tons of space and cute outdoor area as well! Super nice host too, very accommodating!

The cutest beach house!

We had a fantastic stay here! This is an older house that they have done an amazing job decorating and modernizing. We loved it here! The owner is extremely responsive, willing to help make your stay the best possible, and very friendly. We loved all the cute, handwritten notes all over the house. I absolutely recommend this place!
