Live your dream beach life in dazzling, peaceful Pass-a-Grille! This historic 3-bedroom bungalow is steps away from the beach and a 4-min. walk from the luxurious Don Cesar hotel. Surrounded by all the comforts of home, chic shopping & delightful restaurants/bars, your family or group of friends will find their happy place! Full kitchen, wine cooler, 4 TVs, grill, outdoor lights & more provide ultimate relaxation. Florida sunshine, pristine beaches, local spa, fresh caught seafood, cocktails and ice cream at your fingertips! Looking for a girls trip, couples retreat, or easy family getaway, this is your place!

Our space has great sunlight, 2 outdoor showers, and is extremely peaceful and private. The property includes a beautiful shaded turf lawn on one side and a shell paved area with palm trees on the other. Great for reading, sippling coffee or wine, and family and friend gatherings. We are just steps away from a shaded beach access and two blocks to the Don Cesar.

Family Vacation

We had a great time and the house was perfect. It was fully stocked to include beach chairs and an umbrella. The communication was great with the property owner, she was so responsive. Already want to book for next year.

Just like home

We enjoyed this property tremendously! It was well stacked with kitchen, bathroom and beach necessities and everything was working!! Not even one bulb was out. It smelled clean and everything was super clean to the touch. Sheets were of great quality. Blankets and pillows. The towels were in abundance and very thick. The host was absolute pleasure to talk to! All communication was timley and precise and kind. They should upgrade the listing with better pictures and distance to beach - it is a backyard away! Great privacy too. The cottage is a historical district property and it was amazing to live there. It has a great floor plan - you can all be together or by oneself. Great location to any town restaurant or store. We will be back!

Family beach vacation

Overall this property was good. Very inviting from the minute we walked in. The space was small but well maximized and very nicely decorated. It had everything we needed. Only one bathroom, but it worked out just fine. Lots of hooks for towels and such, which is not always the case. There were 5 adults and 3 kiddos under 2. They had a highchair and 2 pack n plays and even accommodated our request for a crockpot. Plenty of towels, plates, cleaning supplies, paper towels, etc. The downfall would be that the air didn’t keep up during the day and most days were 78-80 degrees in the condo. Ceiling fans throughout were very helpful but still warm for napping littles. The water was very hot and we couldn’t seem to adjust it to anything cooler. The outside area was great for littles as it was confined and secure. It was great to have a gas grill to use as well. There is lighting along the fence outside that was nice. Towels and sheets were clean but did have some noticeable stains. Floors and bathroom could’ve been cleaner but overall the cleanliness was good. We would definitely stay again. Location was perfect for walking to the beach and driving to local area restaurants and stores.

We so appreciate your stay and will work to perfect the accommodations based on your comments! Respectfully, it is challenging for any place to keep up with the heat in the peak of Florida summer, but if you keep doors closed it really helps! We were just at the beach with a family of 8 and had no problem keeping the place at 76 during the day and 75 at night. Limiting the in and out, which I recognize is hard with little ones, and closing doors immediately behind you is the key! Warmest, regards!

Pass a Grille has historic charm like no other beach, and the locals have protected this little slice of paradise so it cannot become commercialized. There are no huge condominiums or loud crowds on the beach. You will only find peace and sunshine (and ice cream)!

We have a special historic 1920s bungalow that we have lovingly and carefully restored. You get an entire private property, with a lawn to stretch out on and plenty of room to breath without worrying about disturbing or being disturbed by neighbors. We are just steps from the beach and a few minutes walk from the Don Cesar, a luxurious and historic hotel with beachside bar, grille, ice cream and water sports. Pretty much everything you need for an incredibly relaxing vacation is at your fingertips! Want more recommendations - just ask, I love to share!
