The Signature Luxury Condos at the MGM Grand is an exclusive guard gated luxury resort located in the heart of the Las Vegas strip. Services include a 24-hour concierge, pool, spa, hi-tech fitness room, complimentary valet service, high speed internet and wi-fi access inside the suite and throughout the resort.

Casinos, world-renowned restaurants, food court, nightclubs, convention centers and concert venues are convenient with a moving walkway that takes you from the lobby of the Signature building right into the the MGM casino.

Free Valet parking 24/7 (please tip $1-2 when giving and receiving vehicle, but you save about $18/day on parking).

This is a privately owned Suite and is not operated by MGM. Everything in the studio is my personal property, so please DO NOT take anything. (Spoons, forks, towels, sheets, coffee maker, pens, etc.)

Safes are non-operational! However, nobody enters the room while you are staying here—there is no housekeeping service during your stay (see below).

Booking directly through the owner means you are NOT paying for EXTRA services you would pay for if you book a room through the MGM resorts. Here are the extra fees you DO NOT have to pay:
$10 High floor upgrade for floors 20-28 (this unit is on the 28th floor)
$20 for floors 29-38
$10-15 Balcony
$15 Strip View
$35-40 Resort access

No frills/housekeeping - Cleaning is only done before and after check-out, so you only have to pay a cleaning fee once. The longer you stay, the more you save. Optional additional cleaning services are available for a fee.

On check-in, you will be asked to pay a refundable deposit to MGM for incidentals of $100/night up to $300 (or they can put a hold on your credit card).

Note: The front desk will only be able to help with issues related to the resort and amenities they provide, not the condo itself (which is privately owned). For other maintenance issues, Wi-Fi problems, linens, and cleaning, you need to contact me (Noelle/Ark Vacations) directly. Please try to communicate issues between 10am - 3pm. I may not be able to solve problems outside of these hours unless they are extremely urgent.
