About this space
Come stay at our stunning 4 bedroom, 3 full bathroom, ocean block condo with direct ocean views. This rental has every convenience for the perfect vacation. Located on the same block as the beach, you can have your feet in the warm sand within minutes. Newly renovated, this rental features modern amenities, including a fully upgraded kitchen and bathrooms, a gas fireplace, smart TVs throughout and an amazing, oversized screened-in porch.
The space
The space:
Admire direct ocean views while sipping your morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail from our oversized, screened in porch. Located on the same block as the beach, you can have your feet in the sand in just a few minutes walk.
Living Area:
Newly renovated in 2018, this rental features comfy furnishings (pull-out sleeper sofa), as well as smart flatscreen televisions and a gas fireplace for the off-season cooler months.
Kitchen & Dining:
Guests that enjoy home cooked meals while on vacation will love our fully remodeled kitchen, featuring high-end appliances, corian counter tops and soft-close cabinets and drawers. There's an oversized kitchen island that has additional seating for 4, as well as large dining room table that seats 6.
Bed and Bath:
Our unit sleeps 12 guests in 4 bedrooms.
The primary suite boasts a king size bed, a smart TV and a private en-suite bathroom. The en-suite features a walk-in shower.
The second and third bedrooms are both outfitted with a single over full bunkbeds, as well as an additional single bed that can be rolled out from underneath the bunkbed. Both rooms have have smart TVs.
The second bathroom has a walk-in shower.
The fourth bedroom includes a king size bed and a smart TV.
The third bathroom has a tub shower combination.
* Please note, linens (including sheets, bath and beach towels) will not be included. There WILL be pillows and comforters on each bed. Linens can be rented by an outside company which I can provide the details for if interested *
* We provide dish detergent, dishwasher tablets, trash bags and we will get you started on paper towels and toilet paper *
Outdoor Area:
Screened-in porch with comfortable lounge area.
Outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach.
Extra Perks & More Details:
Extra perks include complimentary wi-fi and a full washer and dryer with laundry detergent.
Beach chairs, beach toys and an umbrella are provided.
Free, reserved parking is available for 2 cars directly in front of the unit. There is plentiful permit street parking around the unit. Parking permits are in effect from May 15 - Sept 15. Daily or weekly permits can be purchased from your phone once parked.

One of the unique features of our beach condo is its location, which offers equal walking distance to both the ocean and bay. This means that you can easily access both bodies of water and all the recreational activities they offer, from swimming and sunbathing to kayaking and paddleboarding.
The beach is just a short walk from our condo (less than 2 mins), where you can enjoy miles of soft sand and crashing waves. Alternatively, if you're looking for a change of scenery, you can take a short walk in the other direction and reach the bay, which offers a calmer and more peaceful setting. Here, you can enjoy a variety of water sports, from kayaking and paddleboarding to jet skit or boat rentals.
