Con su espacioso plano de planta abierto, esta casa fue remodelada recientemente y decorada con buen gusto, pensando en su comodidad y relajación. Es un "escape" de cuatro habitaciones convenientemente ubicado en un tranquilo callejón sin salida en Palm Harbor, un exclusivo barrio residencial de Clearwater, perfecto para ejecutivos y familias.

Disfrutando de casi 365 días de sol, esta casa es un SUEÑO DE ANIMADORES con 4 amplios dormitorios, 3 baños, techos abovedados y un amplio plano de planta abierto que se derrama sobre una terraza cubierta y una piscina privada climatizada. Está recién pintado con pisos nuevos de azulejo en todas partes, decorado exquisitamente con los huéspedes más exigentes en mente.

The house is great, was spacious and comfortable. We had a great time. Heated pool was definitely nice. Very quiet neighborhood. Is perfectly located to go check out to beaches and Walmart. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Simply Amazing in a great location

Nice Spacious Home!

We had a great time, the home was nice and spacious and comfortable with the master bedroom being on the other side of the home. We enjoyed it so much we barely left to do outdoor things. The bikes and the pool were a hit with the kids! Very quiet neighborhood.

Palm Harbor Pipers Meadow

We had a wonderful stay at this location!! We only had 2 issues that we found but the house layout made up for that! The Cable /internet company had to come & resolve a problem (This wasn't the owner/managers fault. Seems the neighboorhood was having spotty issues too). The only other issue was the kitchen needed some organization but the appliances were in great working condition. All other items listed in the property description were exactly as we found them ... accurate. We even met the property manager when he came by to check on the pool & the cable company issue. The pool was perfect & so clean and we enjoyed our time there when at the house. The location is perfect as you can head North to Tarpon Springs to eat some amazing Greek food or head to Clearwater Beach for beautiful sandy beaches and some great food choices. Should we be vacationing in that area again, I would try to book here.

Tampa Visit with Family

The property is beautiful, located at the end of a cul de sac. If you like to run, the neighborhood is great for it! Lots of room in the house. Plenty of towels and linens for 6 of us (3 adults and 3 teen girls). The pool looked great, but we didn't use it. We did use the BBQ grill, which looked very new. If you rent in the summer, be prepared that you can only move the thermostat down to 73 degrees. There are plenty of overhead fans and other electric fans, to keep air circulating. We had a couple of nice cooler nights, so we were comfortable. The last day/night we were at the property, there was an issue with the plumbing, but Brian was immediately on the job once I notified him. I hope everything got fixed, because it's such a great rental property. One minor item in the screened-in pool area - crab spiders. There were several. I brushed away many webs, but of course they returned every day. That's nature, I guess. ;-) Free wifi, a TV in every room and lots of board games and DVDs. A long stay at the property would be an easy thing to do. Winn Dixie grocery store is 1.5 miles away, and other gas stations and shopping areas are within a 5-10 minute drive.

The plumbing issue turned out to be lots of TP and Sani Wipes someone in your group introduced that overloaded the pipes. Fortunately we were able to get it unclogged at our expense for you. Small crab spiders are very common during October to January down here in Florida. They are actually beneficial and harmless and live way up at the top of the pool cage. They help take care of the very few insects that get into the pool cage. Glad you enjoyed this spectacular spot to have a great time! We had a great time in Palm Harbor. The place was beautiful and spacious! The pool was a plus when we didn’t make it to the beach! The area was easy access to the beaches and shopping and restaurants! It was very clean also! Honeymoon Island was beautiful and very close!! The hosts responded immediately to our questions! Wonderful Property

We had a great time staying at this property. It was a beautiful house in a nice neighborhood. It was central to a lot of the activities we had planned and had good shopping and some great restaurants nearby. The only sad part is we picked the coldest Christmas to come so got to use the pool and patio sparingly which was sad because it was a nice area. When we had a question and contacted the host we were answered promptly. This is a nice place to bring a family !

Spacious & great house overall. Needs some updates!

It needs a deep cleaning & some updates, looking a little dated. My son went to sit on a outdoor chair & fell to the ground. The leg was broke & the chair pads for that outdoor furniture were so black & nasty looking, I wouldn’t even sit on them. Otherwise, the house is spacious & kitchen has everything you could need. Pool was nice too. There are lots of extras in the closets like fans, which we used, high chair & a few other items for babies if you need them. We loved the area & the beaches!
