A great weekend get away for family

This property was perfect for our golf and beach trip with our grandson. It provided swimming, grilling and fishing and we all could be in the conversations while all three were going on. The spa hot tub adjacent to the pool was perfect after our first late afternoon round of golf. I would highly recommend this property.

We booked this place last minute for our anniversary and wow—what a find! The master had a super comfy Sleep Number bed with the softest sheets, the décor was beautiful, and the view was absolutely priceless. And those recliners? The best ever! Honestly, not a single bad thing to say—we loved every bit of it.The icing on the cake was our morning visits from a family of birds. (This is how I know I am getting old!) Book this home! You will not regret!

Amazing pool and home, perfect location!

This home was absolutely perfect for a family of 6!! The pool and spa were glorious, we saw dolphins in the inlet waters behind the home, and we enjoyed every second of our stay! Everything was less than a 15-min drive so we spent very little time in the car! Definitely a 5-star! And Go Hawks!

AMAZING

The pictures do not do this beautiful home justice! Absolutely stunning from the moment you walk in with the amazing view of the water and heated pool! Beds very comfortable, plenty of space for a family of 6. About a 10 min drive to the river by boat. Paul and Lisa were amazing, we have stayed in many houses in both Cape Coral and Fort myers, they were by far the best from the time we booked until the time we left, couldn't of asked for better!

Family Vacation

The property was perfect for my two girls! There are lots to do at the home. The pool was the highlight of our stay, and being able to fish off the dock was so much fun. We went paddle boarding through the canal and really enjoyed the sunset views. Close to Sanibel Island, and not far from Siesta Keys. Management was very responsive and easy to work with!

Great House

The house was great! It was as described and my kids loved being able to fish and swim in a pool and hot tub without the irritation that chlorinated pools create. We were 10-15 minutes from great restaurants and the beaches and the traffic was normal which was a relief as compared to other spring break Florida destinations. I asked about beach chairs prior to our visit and there were 4 brand new ones waiting for us to use when we arrived. The beach umbrella was also great to have at the beach. We had a slight hiccup (user error on our part) with the door lock but the property manager was over within minutes to resolve the issue. Would stay here again if we travel down to this area again.

Perfect place for an active family to stay and play

Excellent stay in a marvelous home! The house has very clean, well stocked with kitchen appliances and utensils. The space is very open and well laid out. The master bathroom is massive. Our family had a blast using the sport court, pool, hot tub spa, and outdoor lounges. The outdoor TV was a great evening treat. The house is situated so the sunset is directly out the back. Crazy gorgeous every evening. The neighborhood is very quiet and being at the end of a road there is no traffic. Class Azul Mexican restaurant is a walk away. Superb. Also, the Buzz Coffee Shop is excellent. Everything you could need is 5-10 minutes away. Thank you to our hosts.

Wonderful!

This property was breathtaking! The salt water pool and spa were amazing! This has been the only pool that we have stayed in that has been consistently warm enough in Feb in FL with small kids and was beautiful! The neighborhood was very welcoming and safe, lots of runs and walks. Home had everything we needed including pool toys, life jackets, fishing poles and basketballs. The basketball hoop was a hit when we weren’t in the pool and dock was neat. Fireplace was nice to sit by in the morning. We will be back to this property again! Highly recommend for families ands kids.

Amazing House & Backyard Oasis!

This property was amazing!!!! Everything is newly updated with a bright open concept with tons of room for our family of 5 to hang out inside or outside. Huge kitchen island and family room, lots of comfortable beds and huge bathrooms! Property managers/Owners were responsive and truly had thought of everything we would need for our stay. We searched for a place with a backyard oasis and this one had it all. We spent so much time lazing in the awesome saltwater pool, playing corn hole toss, watching basketball games while grilling/eating outside, playing cards or Mexican Train and of course our 3 boys played hours and hours of basketball on the sport court or in the pool with the mini hoop. The canal is beautiful and we enjoyed watching the boats go by each day. Its very quiet, peaceful and relaxing. We took the paddleboards out daily to enjoy the scenery as well as fished from the dock which were amenities included with our stay. The house is in a great location and at the very end of the street to offer additional privacy. We walked to Urban Buzz for coffee treats and took nightly walks to see the burrowing owls. We rented a car and took some day trips to Sanibel Island and Fort Myers. Ate at some fabulous restaurants with outdoor seating and found a pickleball court super close by to use. So hard to leave after our week long stay! We would definitely go back.Thank you so much for hosting us!
