What some of our guests like least about our listing:

✔ The condo shares walls with neighbors on 2 sides and one directly above. It is common and somewhat annoying, to hear someone walking upstairs or water running in their unit.
✔ On occasion, you may hear the use of the overhead garage door while in the master king bedroom or the garage.
✔ The ensuite on the lower level is near the garage and tends to be cooler in the winter months and warmer in the summer months. Our advice is to keep the bedroom door closed which will keep better control of the climate in that room.

Whether you're working hard or playing hard, we offer Aireloom handmade mattresses in both bedrooms accented with weighted blankets, 1000 thread count cotton sheets, Slumber Cloud comforters, blackout curtains, and a Dohm white noise machine for the ultimate in a good night's sleep.

Accommodating up to six guests, the master bedroom is on the main level with a king-size bed while another bedroom is on the lower level with a queen-size bed, and a full-size premium sofa bed is in the main living area. Outfitted with flatscreen televisions in both bedrooms and the living area, you can catch up on the latest sports, auto industry news, or anything that strikes your fancy.

If you're here for a business trip or long-term stay, you will appreciate the dedicated workspace that we created with a desk, chair, lamp, and plugs for charging and keeping your work area organized.

After a long day's work, curl up on the couch with a glass of wine and turn on the electric fireplace for ambiance as you reflect on your day. You have full and total access to our king suite with a private entrance and exclusive garage space during your stay. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, and whip up anything you can dream of in our fully stocked chef's kitchen. There is a keyless entry to the home and a code will be provided to you after you book with us.

If you're in the area for pleasure or have time for leisure, we are centrally located for just about everything you need. There are plenty of things to do just minutes from our luxe condo, including the famous World's Biggest Car Cruise. There is also a plethora of eateries, small shops, and unrivaled nightlife in three neighboring cities, including downtown Ferndale, downtown Royal Oak, and downtown Birmingham which top the list of things to do. A golf course is nearby, and access to multiple lakes for warm weather enjoyment.

Our condo has proximity to the local hospitals and is a short distance to the sports stadium, downtown Detroit and every major freeway. Experience the downtown theatre district, music venues, museums, Motown Museum, clubs, bars, breweries, and the nearby Henry Ford Museum of American Innovation just 13 miles south in Dearborn.

Getting around from our location is a breeze! Our property is conveniently located near major transportation hubs, making it easy to explore the city. Public transportation options are easily accessible and can take you to popular destinations in no time.

Taxis and ride-sharing services are also readily available for those who prefer a more private mode of transportation. For those who prefer to drive, on-street parking is available, but please check with us for details and availability. Whether you're in town for business or pleasure, our property is the perfect location for your next adventure!

✔Quiet time hours between 10 PM and 7 AM.

✔Our home is equipped with exterior cameras that record to the cloud 24/7. If they are tampered with in any way during your reservation your booking may be immediately canceled with no refund given on the booking amount or the security deposit.

✔There is a smart device inside the home that records noise decibel levels. It does NOT record audio or video. If they are tampered with in any way during your reservation your booking may be immediately canceled with no refund given on the booking amount or the security deposit.

✔Guest's account must have a verified direct phone number on their profile which will be checked prior to reservation. If the host cannot directly contact guests on the phone number listed on their profile, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation prior to its beginning.

✔No smoking of any kind (cigarette, marijuana, cigars, vaping, or drugs of any kind).

✔ A fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or if any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property.

✔The maximum occupancy on this property is 6 people. Any additional guests that arrive without permission will be vacated off the property for trespassing. All guests must be declared on the reservation. Any unregistered guests will be charged an additional guest fee per person.

✔Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check-out procedures prior to departure.

✔Pets of any kind are not allowed in the home or evidence on the property. If evidence occur, there will be a cleaning fee applied.

✔A late check-out fee will be applied if you have not vacated the property 30 minutes after 10 AM check out unless prior permission is granted from the host. If check out is more than 2 hours late, you will be charged for an additional day and will be charged at our base nightly rate, but this does not award you to stay for the additional day as this could impact other reservations.

✔Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund.
