Welcome to Drakes Island! This 4 bedroom 2 bath home has stunning ocean views and was just completely renovated including: Kitchen update, completely painted, all new furniture, and more. Sit on the oversized wrap-around porch and listen to the waves crash. On the first floor you will find 2 sitting areas, dining area, well stocked kitchen, breakfast nook, full bathroom with a stand up shower, and a laundry area. Upstairs has 4 bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and AIR CONDITIONING. There is easy access to the beach across the street. Nice front & rear yard for games, outdoor shower, BBQ Grill, and so much more! Drakes island offers convenient amenities; with an affordable membership ($25/week) you can enroll your kids in day camp, use the tennis courts, and have access to the community house. More information will be provided. Drakes Island is conveniently located about 10 minutes to Kennebunkport and close to restaurants, stores, and cafes.

All Coastline Vacation Rentals are stocked with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, sponge, and more essentials!

Family beach week!

Loved the front porch ocean view, especially for morning serenity and cornhole in the evening! The downstairs has a nice flow with space for adult conversation and kid chaos. Grateful for well equipped kitchen and beach chairs and toys!

PERFECT beach house. So well decored. You can see the water from the dinning room, living room and two rooms on the second floor. Really a dream house. Everyone loved it! It was our first time booking there, but not the last time.

Amazing location, steps to the beach and gorgeous ocean views. Everything that we needed for both preparing meals and for the beach.(chairs, towels , etc!) The renovations are impressive, coastal theme and room to relax and spread out with a group. Air conditioned bedrooms was a plus

Ocean bliss

This was our first time staying here, although we are not new to beach rentals in Wells. The house was beautifully decorated with various cozy spots throughout to hangout, converse, watch tv etc. We enjoyed having breakfast on the back porch. The space fit our group of 7 comfortably and I highly recommend.

Wonderful vacation we hope to make a family tradition!

We enjoyed a fabulous week as a family introducing the youngest generation to this treasure of an island that is a paradise to us and we were fortunate to have lovely weather throughout our stay! The rental exceeded our expectations and was truly spectacular with its beautiful view of the ocean from the front porch and the close proximity to the beach which was ideal with the youngsters in our group. The home was bright and clean, beautifully furnished and well equipped with plenty of amenities including beach gear and we loved the open space for all to gather inside as well as on the huge porch. We appreciated the personnel at Coastline Vacation Rentals being super friendly, informative, responsive and helpful in making this dream vacation a reality and it was an amazing experience across the board.
