Ideal for families with older children or couples, the Ohana (guest house) is connected to the main house by a lanai (porch). It offers a separate living area complete with its own kitchenette, bathroom, and private lanai. Additionally, the large main bedroom is a peaceful workspace with a desk, printer, and monitor, perfect for those who need to catch up on work.
Location-wise, this cottage is the ultimate getaway, with Kahaluu Beach Park just half a mile away, offering excellent snorkeling and surfing opportunities. The Magic Sand Beach, only 0.7 miles away, features a white sand beach to swim and boogie board. Additionally, the property is conveniently located just 4 miles from downtown Kailua Kona, where you can find a variety of restaurants, shops, and activities to keep you entertained. Keauhou Shopping Center is 1 1/2 miles away, where you can find groceries, restaurants, coffee, and a farmers' market every Saturday morning.

Our first trip to the Big Island was approximately ten years ago, and it was love at first sight. We were captivated by the island's natural beauty, diverse landscapes - from tropical forests to stunning (black, green, and white sand) beaches, and the overall welcoming aloha spirit.
We are passionate about our home and are thrilled to share it with others until we can call it our full-time residence when our youngest graduates from college. It brings us great joy to provide a comfortable and relaxing environment for our family and guests alike.
